Strongest Kage

Well said sista you shouldn't sleep on Tsunade last time she fought she was out of shape and had a fear of blood and was easily on Kakashi level, The Pain invasion she couldn't fight because as a healer healing is her first priority. I don't think she could have defeated pain but she could have taken down a few of his bodies and probably even God realm if it were a single fight.Yes Dear, Tsunade having the title Sannin makes her strong.) didn't you even see in the manga? all of the other Kages acknowledged her and she was even noted as the 'slug princess'.
Also pain said that 'each of the sannins have their unique form' Tsunade isn't regarded as slug princess for just being able to summon katsuyu. Maybe there's a deeper explanation on that.
To tell you, Onoki & Tsunade were the only ones who have been in the previous wars and according to Jiraiya that during the second world war Tsunade single handedly attained victory for Konoha. (Maybe that's one of kishi's reasons why he had to make Tsunade live 'coz we have yet to see her full potential)
Do you think Healing & Taijutsu are the only things she can do? if that's so, why doesn't konoha make Sakura the Hokage? As i remember in the beginning Kakshi stated that when you have already mastered chakra control, you can master every jutsu.
A as a fighter isn't that smart running into a AM isn't smart for a ninja of his rank to do and he does it twice. Tsuande could easily out smart him and use his rashness against him.
I still vote for A only because of his actual power. His chakra goes to tailed beast levels, his lightning armor increases his speed and gives him almost chidori properties and increases his reaction time, he is raw power.
What do you think a kage is for? They are made to protect their village, their home and the people. They are willing to sacrifice their life for the sake of the people. A kage is strong when they hold this promise.
As for Tsunade, she has experienced some really sad events, like when her brother Nawaki and her lover Dan died and ofcourse when Jirayia died. She has gotten the knowledge for how important it is to save those people in her village, and her beloved friends and family.
So, a kage that is doing evertyhing for its people, is a strong Kage!!
But she doesn't have wind chakra.
So... :|Even if she did, A isn't completely dependant on the lightning armor, and even if she did have wind chakra, despite wind being strong against lightning, I greatly doubt that the Raikage would be stopped that easily. He punched through Amaterasu. :| It costed him an arm, but you have to admit, he's a tough one lol.

He gets all his spped from his Raiton Armor, sure he is strong without it, and it still wouldn't be an easy fight without it, but i still think Tsunade would win. and yes he is tough, but also brash, another reason Tsunade would win. and where has it said she doesn't have wind chakraBut she doesn't have wind chakra.

Cutting throw an Amaterasu isn't tough but stupid. Losing an arm if you can't replace it weakens you, if he actually used hand seal he can't now, fighting with one hand is not a good idea, no more power bombs for him. Raw power he has but a great strategic fighter I think not.
Well, She is a Docter first, and Top Ninjia second which is kinda good because, she was able to use Masive amount of Chakra to heal The an entrie Village do you have any idea how big the fking leaf village is??? you kno how many towns and people their are o.0 its preaty dam big, so back to the point she keeps Massive amount of Chakrai n her forget >.< and people with alot of Chakra is said to e able to do alot of Jutsu.

Tusnade has my vote. i think if she vs Raikage she would pick up the whole terran and hit him for a home run.

First of all, nice thread ^^ Really has the discussion going...
As for the subject, I voted Onoki. I think that he has way more experience than anyone else (even Granny Tsutsu). Also, his dust release is really powerful and I can't wait to see more of his techniques.
A is strong, but too headstrong and doesn't think too much, so thats a big disadvantage.
Gaara was always one of the main subcharacters, his sand is awesome and I am glad that he didn't lose too much of his power after all the "die and be brought back to life" incident.
Tsunade has always been one of my fave chars. She is totally awesome and I think she can parry all other kages. No idea why most people think that she is weak.
Mei... my just become top10 char . I like her, shes hot And she also has strong kekkei genkaiS so I can't wait to see her in battle too.
I like all the kages and the list (for me, currently) would be:
1. Onoki
2. Mei
3. A
4. Tsunade
5. Gaara

i think the mizukage and tsuchikage are stronger then raikage.. raikage is mostly just taijutsu/speed/a bit of ninjitsu imo..
