Well, Karin noted he has Bijuu level chakra whereas nobody ever praised Tsunade's chakra.

Then again, Tsunade recharged the other 4 Kages with chakra.

IDK how this works. However, I also think Jiraiya has more chakra than Tsunade since both he and the databook said it. ( Jiraiya more like.. hinted it ).

That would make Jiraiya's chakra pretty huge.

1. Raikage was releasing a lot of chakra during a moment hence why Karin stated that his chakra reached bijuu levels. He can't constantly maintain that amount for a long period of time whereas Tsunade can maintain Byakogou for that long while healing the other kages as well. She restored their chakra back to full and even powered up Onoki's attack to be much stronger than it usually is which shows us that Tsunade gave Onoki more chakra than he normally has. She also restored Gaara, a guy who was a former jinchuriki, and Mei.

The data book only gave Tsunade a 4.0 but those are old and don't take into account Tsunade's Yin seal on her forehead. Data books only take into account one's base. SM Jiraiya may very well have more chakra than Tsunade since he didn't show any signs of exhaustion in his battle against Pain.

1.Onoki-He destroyed 25 Madara-Rinnegan-Mokutonbunshin...thats a decent feat in my opinion.Furthermore he beared Madara's Meteor.
