A vs. Tsunade
So it occurs to me that most people think A will simply speed blitz Tsunade cut off her head.
So will he do that the same way he did it Juugo?

He did basically blitz jugo, He never knew what hit him. Jugo was just in the way, Raikage wanted sasuke to he simply slapped jugo around a little to deal with sasuke.
Naruto has comparable speed to A, this along with his ability to sense bad intent (Raikage was trying to kill him), he was able to dodge.
Madara has the sharingan and it seems very good reflexes himself.
Against Muu that wasn't his own speed, That was him being teleported, There was a flash of light before both tsunade and A arrived, Enough time for them to put up a guard.
The fact is we’ve never seen him do that in a battle scenario and there is no reason to suggest he would. The Raikage is a wrestler. Beyond that even when he had Sasuke without Susanoo on, did he try that on Sasuke? No. Instead he picked Sasuke up to Liger bomb him.

And if that was a skill possessed by Raikage then he wouldn’t have needed B to decapitate people with the double Lariat.

In fact, if he tried the move the way you guys are suggesting Tsunade would just be lifted off the ground and she would fly backward the same way Raikage did against Bee’s Lariat.

As for your point of A Going flying back, he had lightning armor on, Tsunade has no such defense against those kind of attacks. Also bee was simply trying to prove a point, His goal wasn't to kill/behead A.
It will be a battle that drags on. This is problematic for A.
A has bijuu level chakra I’m aware. However, that didn’t stop him for conserving chakra against Madara.
You do realise Madara is currently an Edo Tensei with unlimited chakra right?.
Even with bijuu level chakra, An edo will always win in a battle of stamina, So your reasoning on needing to conserve chakra against madara means nothing.
Especially when your comparing an Edo With Extremely strong chakra (because he is Uchiha) and a large chakra pool himself to a Mortal Tsunade who scores a 4 in stamina, While Both A and madara easily sit at a solid 5.
In a battle of stamina against A, Tsunade loses.
I can't be asked to reply to the rest, But You're being very unfair to A, Not only can tsunade not outlast him during a stamina match, She cannot touch him, For i doubt can she follow his movements.
Most of the reasons you brought up in the parts i replied to were kinda weak.

It was such an obvious win for Lee that he was injured for his life and had to abdicate his dream of being a shinobi if it wasn't for Tsunade.
And the fight was awesome because Lee showed what he's made of and his character developed.
I'm going to have to say Oonoki is over all the strongest. Though, each Kage is powerful and any of them fighting each other would be an epic match to watch.

Well, Karin noted he has Bijuu level chakra whereas nobody ever praised Tsunade's chakra.
Then again, Tsunade recharged the other 4 Kages with chakra.
IDK how this works. However, I also think Jiraiya has more chakra than Tsunade since both he and the databook said it. ( Jiraiya more like.. hinted it ).
