Strongest Kage of each Village

This thread is just to see who people beleive are the strongest kages in each respective village. I beleive the list of the strongest kages from each village goes as such:

The Hidden Cloud Village - 3rd Raikage
The Hidden Stone Village - Muu
The Hidden Village by Mist - 2nd Mizukage
The Hidden Leaf Village - Hiruzen Sarutobi
The Hidden Sand Village - Gaara of the Sand

My list come from statements in the manga. But im curious to see if you all agree or disagree.

Kazekage - Third Kazekage

Tsuchikage - Mū

Mizukage - Second Mizukage (I hate that he doesn't have a name )

Raikage - Third Raikage

I agree with all of yours except Maybee Hashirama instead of Hiruzen. Based on the fact Madara said he was his equal and after witnessing his OP strength in the war I just don't see Hiruzen matching up to that like Hashirama has been known to do. Of course we also don't know Hiruzen's prime, and as such we don't have any visualized proof of his strength (only reason we have an idea for Hiruzen was that we have seen both Madara's strength as well as strength of some of his techniques)...

stronger than the five Kage of his time. Rikage, Mizikage, Kazekage and Tsuchikage... No one has ever been stronger than Hashirama.

Tht was right beginning in time skip -_- gaara clearly is stronger then he was in beginning of shippuden


My list

Onooki or mu for rock village
3rd raikage for cloud
Hashi for leaf
2nd mizukage for mist
Gaara for sand

Where was that said.. I only put gaara there because the 4th kazekage were both magnetic kekkie genkai users and the 4th had said gaara far supassed him. Who said that the 3rd kaze was the strongest?

The manga say hiruzen is the strongest hokage to ever live (in his prime).
The manga also says that hashirama is ONLY the strongest of his era, and that Hiruzen was the strongest shinobi alive in his prime.

People still think Hiruzen is the strongest Kage of Konoha.

Shameful.

Until manga says other wise, then hiruzen will continue to be the strongest.

Where does the manga say that?? The manga clearly says Hiruzen is the strongest hokage, and kishi hasnt said anything in part 2 to change that statement.

Raikage - The Third Raikage
Tsuchikage - Mu, for having the same skills as Onoki plus mastered invisibility and sensorial prowess
Mizukage - The Second Mizukage
