Strongest Kage of each Village

How do you know the 3rd Raikage is stronger than the 1st Raikage?
How do you know the 2nd Mizukage is stronger than the 1st Mizukage?
How do you know if Gaara is stronger than the 2nd Kazekage?
How do you know if Muu is stronger than the 1st Tsuchikage?

We haven't even seen all the Kages of all time to come to a conclusion like this...

Oonoki, he said his and Muus jinton was on equal terms. but then he made that massive one destroying multiple susanoo to dust.
Gaara, i dont see magnet black sand taking on just normal sand. he became kage at a young age, his range is huge, and he can seal multiple people at once. a sealer, strong defence, good attack, can fly on sand. black sand only has shape manipulation and magnet. don't say poison because Sasori added that.

I agree with all except Gaara, the 3rd Kazekage was the strongest. Hiruzen's the strongest Hokage, soloed edo Hashi and his baby prime at 69.

He was said to be stronger than all previous hokages (in his Prime), by those in the leaf village. And was said to be stronger than all reigning kages by kabuto and orochimaru.

Until the manga states otherwise hiruzen is stronger than hashirama.. Show me where the manga says hashirama is the strongest and i will gladly change my opinion.

Well his performance at a old age was still awesome. Just compare to Hiruzen at the same age and you see a huge difference in power. That's why i believe at a younger age, Onoki was probably stronger

Not everyone can be called god of shinobi and fight two Hokages at same time.

Konoha - 3. Hokage
Cloud village - 3. Raikage
Stone village - 2. Tsuchikage
Mist village - 2. Mizukage
Sand village: 3. Kazekage

Want to see all the kages from Cloud, stone, mist and sand before judge too much tho

We never did get to see what the 3rd was like in his prime but he did fight 2 edo kages and oro. That should show he may of been stronger then them in his prime.

This wasnt intended for that. It was only meant to ask the opinions of who the strongest kage of each village is. But many are serioulsy offended by me putting hiruzen as the strongest even though manga backs it up

Where was that said.. I only put gaara there because the 4th kazekage were both magnetic kekkie genkai users and the 4th had said gaara far supassed him. Who said that the 3rd kaze was the strongest?




The manga say hiruzen is the strongest hokage to ever live (in his prime).
The manga also says that hashirama is ONLY the strongest of his era, and that Hiruzen was the strongest shinobi alive in his prime.



Until manga says other wise, then hiruzen will continue to be the strongest.



Where does the manga say that?? The manga clearly says Hiruzen is the strongest hokage, and kishi hasnt said anything in part 2 to change that statement.

The manga says that 3rd raikage was the strongest raikage that the cloud has ever seen.
The Mizukage is merely speculation
Muu is stronger than onoki and the 1st tsuchikage was said to use insect based jutsu and does not have dust release, so muu since muu is stronger than onoki, muu is the strongest.

This thread is just to see who people beleive are the strongest kages in each respective village. I beleive the list of the strongest kages from each village goes as such:

The Hidden Cloud Village - 3rd Raikage
The Hidden Stone Village - Muu
The Hidden Village by Mist - 2nd Mizukage
The Hidden Leaf Village - Hiruzen Sarutobi
The Hidden Sand Village - Gaara of the Sand

My list come from statements in the manga. But im curious to see if you all agree or disagree.
