, let alone Neji. According to the 4th databook Chouji in BM can fly BTW so the impact of Kiba's attacks can be softened (

). Chouji possesses arguably greater DC than Kiba and a lot greater durability and stamina. All Kiba has going for him is speed.
Shikamaru has nothing that could beat Hinata.
All of Shikamaru’s jutsus require for the shadow to be attached to the opponent, and in such a case, Hinata could just channel chakra through it to either destroy it or send chakra directly to Shikamaru’s organs, crippling him and weakening his attack power and speed.
Of course, That’s assuming he’d be able to catch her before he would get blitz’d by an Air Palm.
That’s also assuming he would be given the time to activate such techniques, because as long as Hinata stays on sHikamaru’s tail, he will never be given the chance to activate and properly use any of his techniques. This is shown when Temari was waiting for Shikamaru to come out of from behind the trees, thus giving him a chance to activate it.
His abilities are also simple to avoid in one on one, and this is shown when Kin was easily avoiding his Shadow with ease,
Lastly, Shikamaru’s jutsus are not perfect. As was shown with Hidan and Tayuya, the more chakra an opponent has, the harder it will be for Shikamaru to keep them under his control. Given that Hinata was able to replenish Naruto's chakra with her Hamura Chakra, it’s clear that Hinata’s chakra levels are now some where near Naruto’s, and with that in mind, I can safely say that there is no way Shikamaru will be able to keep his grip on someone with that much Chakra.
In the end, almost all of Shikamaru's fights have never been one on one and have been mostly situational.
I read most if it, and some points didn't even make any sense to me at all, like claiming Zaku's air attack gave Choji lift, when in actuality Choji simply jumped up ward, or using Sakura's strength feat for Choji despite her being stronger, and claiming Hiashi can't rotate in mid air or isn't fast when both are not true in the slightest
But whatever the case may be, one thing is for sure. Choji will not be able to punch his way through Rotation, and doing so would only shred his fists and blow the force/chakra back at him. Air Wall Palm would also be Hiashi's key to winning as the radius of that thing would be very large and the damage it would deal to choji's organs would be devastating.
How would flying help lower the the risk of getting cut by Kiba's attacks ? His spinning attacks can cut opponents even if he doesn't make direct contact, and his rotating attacks were strong enough to pierce through multiple Juubi clones w/o seemingly losing any speed.
