If they can do that to a hokage, this can only mean that they are insanely strong.

Kakashi took on the 7 shinobi swordsmen( the strongest of their generation). Also the kin-jin brothers didnot go all out from the start. If they went kyuubi mode to begin with then that whole platoon would have been annihilated.

I agree with them above ... Kakashi is kage level, although that's not what his job title is so.

I will say kakashi, he's completely no another league from them in terms of being well rounded in everything!

Apart from him i would say Gai .. Gai has the potential to destroy anyone really at this cost of his life ofc, but still.
