its minato my friends... minato is the strongest hokage of all, by hipe: its been said that minato is the greatest hokage for saving the village from the nine tail fox. also minato have one of the most deadly ninjutsu type: sealing and FTG and high speed. also the reaper death seal is very deadly (im hiruzan wouldnt used it against oruchimaru and the hokages he would have been died).
minato can always use the shadow clones (he can use shadow clones because the jutsu is in the konoha village secret jutsu scroll we saw in chapter 1 and its been stated that every hokage know those jutsus) to seal the hokage without dying.
