This is so true , i personally think Genjutsu is so interesting and theres a lot to learn from it , espcially looking at how the Uchiya's use it and manipluate it

No it doesn't make us wonder that- for we read the manga and Edo Itachi already explained what happenned between him and Shisui. His eye did play important role. Itachi is going after Kabuto. :|

Read the manga but clearly did'nt understand the implications of it.

If Shisui's eye was strong enough to put a complete illusion on Itachi, and make him follow the command implanted in his eye then he could have put the latter under an illusion before that via a similar command. A command such as, say making him believe he's really Madara.U_U

Strongest genjutsu: Shisui
Best genjutsu all-around: Itachi

It's the same as Bee and Naruto. Naruto stores the strongest Bijuu. But Bee has a better control of his pet thus making it more effective. However that might change later.

Unless we get more feats from Shisui, Itachi is still the best at the moment.
