its not the hottest fire jutsu and u cant measure its intensity by it spinning, the power of a jutsu comes from the wielder your trying to use actual knowledge of fire to debate anime which is fiction, anime characters do things differently and like i said jutsu power is measured by the wielder...if not then why would danzo say just before he sealed himself away after being defeated by sasuke he says hiruzen skill performing any jutsu is unsurpassed...my point of that is that jutsu power in this case how hot the fire jutsu are depends on the wielder and we cannot assume obito is stronger because it spins, whose to say obito was just wanting individuality when he use kamui with his fire tech instead of being like every other uchiha
