agree. there are many characters who can kill yugi/atemu before they realize. i mean yugi is not known for being fast in drawing and placing cards.

Durability: not neccasary due to high level intangibility via space time/manipulation (above unoversal+, possibly non-corporeality)
Nigh-omnipotent/near infinite, can reality warp on multiversal levels, is near-omniscient, has absolute control over all space and time, high tier/absolute pre-cognition via his diary, can create universes and multiverses easily, energy projection

I'd also like to suggest the little known Demonata universe. Darren Shan wrote a 10 part book series and it involved villains Antispiral level and 3 main characters who at the end came together like a puzzle called the Kah-Gash which triggered a Big Bang which destroyed all other universes as well their own. They definitely deserve to be on this list.
