Ryner can erase existence at a molecular level and has Solver of All Equations, so he can analyze the existence of anything. He's also wiped out 1,000,000 soldiers like it was nothing with one glance (or blast, I don't read light novels), etc. Ryner's powerful in the anime, but broken as hell in the light novels. He's also defeated Alpha and the universe's creators feared the power he has and couldn't do anything to stop his first incarnation. The only thing that could hold Ryner back from slaughtering a ton of verses is CIS.

I mostly said This Is A Zombie because it has Eu, Chris and the Headmaster (not really broken, but they are omnipotent magic wise). Kyoko's strong but not on the level of Eu. It's already in stone that Eu's the strongest in the series.

Chaos;HEAD is pretty much based on reality warping.

Go join a DBZ forum where you can find a community where people actually love Bills rather than these sarcastic @ssholes ironically claiming that 'Bills solos' when I know them and know that they all watch much more anime and don't actually think that. Seriously go make some awesome friends on a DBZ forum and have debates with people that like SS4 Goku and Cell or whoever. Seriously you'll be much happier and won't have to deal with people like me everyday. Everybody wins.

From what I've heard, it's dimensional+ and FAR, FAR above the HST and slightly above DBZverse.

I think I've heard it has some triple digit machs though? It's a dimensional series though and a SHIT TON of hyperboles.

I'd have to say either Marvel or DC, I mean they have the Justice League and the Avengers and the villans still solo them for a while before the plot kicks in. Even some of the lower tier characters can solo the majority of verses.
