I don't really like her fighting style, but she is basically a walking tank. Instant healing from virtually any attack as well as being able to 1-hit KO anyone isn't a bad combination.

I wanna go ahead and say Kushina, although we've never seen her fight Naruto did say he wanted to become a stronger shinobi then his mom and she was known to be pretty strong so I'll just go with either Kushina or Konan.
