So without it, he can't spam it as much but he still makes it to the top 10

To those saying Obito:

He got patched with Hashirama's cells from the start. He would suffer eye strain and blindness if he didn't have those. Also, the time limit of his Kamui would be a lot shorter.

Why are people saying Obito? Are they forgetting Obito has half of Hashiramas body practically. He would not be spamming Kamui for as long as he has and does without that Senju enhancement. I would honestly take plain MS Itachi over plain MS Obito.

3. MS Madara (possibly Izuna)

That would be my top 5.
