Seems like an interesting topic. List some of the strongest characters without borrowed power. Meaning power that they achieved by themselves.

In no particular order:

-Obito with both Kamui eyes. (hypothetically speaking, what if)
-MS Itachi
-Minato
-Hashirama
-MS Sasuke
-Sage mode Naruto
-Jiriaya
-8th gate Gai
-Tobirama
-MS Madara

Put these guys in order. Also add anyone that i forgot to mention.
