If Minato was so strong tell me what could he do other then move relay fast, use the rasengan, and use the reaper death seal which is suicide?

Itachi died young and he was one hell of a shinobi. Minato died because, as stated earlier, he sacrificed himself, otherwise his death would be much later.

I think the Raikage would definitely in the top 3, along with Jiraiya.
