Strongest character buffed Tsunade can beat?

If her wood style is near hashirama then anyone but just a little better then yamato isn't really helping her out a ton but id say she's still no match for KCM naruto or MS sasuke anyone below that she can beat cause of wood style

I still need more info on what you mean mokuton stronger than Yamato. Does it mean whatever the strength of Yamato's techniques if he'd be enhanced with the YS and Byakogou? Or does it mean on Spiral Zetsu's level?

Anyhow I'd go with Danzo.
