base is coined from RPG games, somehow brought into comics/anime such as dbz. originally used to categorize powerlvl feats in certain timelines/tiers. it's not needed in naruto as much but it has it's moments. ie: base naruto now could defeat KT1 naruto. or buu saga base goku could easily kill super saiyan goku namek saga. it's not a stupid term.

Wrong,you take away Sharigan from an Uchiha and they become Eunuch power wise without them.
