Just as you say that people will be hungry regardless, I can just say that the weak will be oppressed by the strong regardless. And so...will complaining about it change anything?? There is a drastic difference in saying Men=Women and actually acting on Men=Women
your right actions speak louder than words.
Raise our pay, lets us make the same as men.
Dont chastise use for breast feeding.
Erase sexism in high profile jobs.
If a woman is sexual assaulted dont question the validity
DOnt judge us for our career path based on gender, we are just as capable.

1) Men are paid the same as women in the same position....the hell are you talking about?? Are you from the Victorian era?? Although I feel that people should be paid according to their performance even if they are in the same position.
2) So breast feeding in public makes women= men?? Alright. Even most of the women won't agree with u on that one. And you are not the only one to decide.
3) High profile jobs are based on performance. Again women who perform better than most men are paid higher. The one who brings more money to the firm is paid higher. Its like how a civil servant is paid more than a household servant.
4) If she is assaulted than it the assaulter who is responsible. What are you even talking about?? But at the same time there are circumstances when men are drugged and are forced to do so by the women themselves to malign the character of that man by the enemies of that man. And u must have heard of female assassins who since ancient times have been using their bodies as objects, although even men were also responsible for that.
5) No one is judging anyone. If u think u are capable, then prove it. Again ' action speaks louder than words'.

Yes you should be treated equaly but the truth is women are not. Women as a whole has to work together if they want change and they have to do it with their actions imo. Some women are all talk and just talking about it is not going to help. Although I believe women should not have to do anything more than what they are doing to be treated equal.
Let's not bring up public breast feeding.

That doesn't show that men are paid higher women. Have you even heard of something like a male sales manager is paid higher than a female sales manager?? Yes a branch manager is paid higher but thats because he is at a higher position. And the reason why such differences often exist is because in the same field generally its the men who are at a higher position although such positions are fewer in number than the lower positions. But you can't get a promotion just on the basis of your gender. The firms only care about profits...nothing else.
In Engineering and the likes men are higher in number just like women are higher in numbers in humanities and the likes. But thats because women don't even prefer working in such high risk jobs. On average there are more men who get selected in engineering colleges than women, not because women are less capable but coz women themselves don't apply in high numbers. From my own experience in my field of civil engineering the number of women who opt for it is negligible. And from even amongst those who go for such studies only a few go for getting a job in the core sector coz they say it is too tiring to tan yourself under the sun for eight hours of the day in the dirt and pollution. So the number of female engineers you see on the site are negligible.
Actually there is discrimination against men in the sectors like education, air-hosting and nursing....in my country atleast. So it goes both ways. Rather females even have quotas in the govt jobs of several sectors nowadays....which I feel is the actual unfairness.
Finally engineering jobs will always pay higher than humanities and the likes....coz thats how the economy works. You need higher investment in such fields and they yield more money. For example a software engineer is paid far more than a civil engineer like myself, but I cn't do anything about it. Thats how economics work.

Lol, as if the job's pay increased because it held more men.
All this graph shows is women picked fields, that more often than not,
get less pay than the males' most selected fields, it doesn't even imply if
a male entered that same field he'd be paid more.

Equal Pay Laws since 1963 in USA ... In case of Violation report to a court, instead of crying on the internet where it cant be verified.
Its a cultural issue ... Some women themselves make a fuss about it.
Why not start by erasing lower qualification bars and quotas?
So ... Guilty till proven innocent? Want to change the entire basis of Western law?
Capable individuals will always be capable. There is no us and them in them.
