Dude when your talkin fictional comic book heroes that law is meaningless as is several other laws. Hulk has been stated several thousand times in comics, cartoons, tv shows and movies to have limitless strength. In Planet Hulk he stopped Teutonic Plates from shifting just because he was pissed and the magma pouring on him made him even more pissed, thus giving him more strength.
Get Superman without the Yellow Sun he is screwed three ways from Sunday, unlike the Hulk where all he has to do is get pissed off, he doesn't need the Yellow Sun for his powers

Oh and if he is so "Invincible" Then why is it that Doctor Fate, Doctor Strange, Zatana, and anyone who uses Magic can beat him? Oh and if I remember right in the DC vs Mortal Kombat game Sub-Zero turned him into the Super-Popsicle-Man and he couldn't do shit about it. Yeah very Invincible U_U Also If I have to I will find you the proof that Goku is infact stronger than Superman

The problem is there are dozens of versions of Superman. But the strongest version of him (Prime) is a Godly figure with unlimited strength, unlimited durability, omnipotence, omniscience, etc.

superman has moved planets back into orbit and lifted up skyscrapers. his laugh caused an earthquake.
wrong. hes performed incredible feats without any yellow sun and who is to say hulk will get pissed?
pre crisis superman flew through a galaxy full of red suns and still was tossing around planets

It does usually the cartoons are said to take place in different universes that way the animation doesn't have to adhere to strict canon stories
and can just do more linear story telling

The hulk is an unstoppable force. After a while the avengers got tired of him and sent him to another planet.
You can't stop the hulk once he's out of control, you can stop superman with kryptonite.

I don't count the one million version as superman, he was a completely different being. It wasn't even superman, I hated the one million series. It was all about power ups.
But your right superman prime beats war hulk. But superman vs war hulk, hulk wins in my opinion.
