Dude when your talkin fictional comic book heroes that law is meaningless as is several other laws. Hulk has been stated several thousand times in comics, cartoons, tv shows and movies to have limitless strength. In Planet Hulk he stopped Teutonic Plates from shifting just because he was pissed and the magma pouring on him made him even more pissed, thus giving him more strength.

Get Superman without the Yellow Sun he is screwed three ways from Sunday, unlike the Hulk where all he has to do is get pissed off, he doesn't need the Yellow Sun for his powers

The problem is there are dozens of versions of Superman. But the strongest version of him (Prime) is a Godly figure with unlimited strength, unlimited durability, omnipotence, omniscience, etc.

I kinda wanna say movies and cartoons aren't canon, but I don't really know if that concept applies to American comics like it does manga.

It does usually the cartoons are said to take place in different universes that way the animation doesn't have to adhere to strict canon stories
and can just do more linear story telling
