I'm going to use chidori nagashi on you but fear not. If you follow my instructions correctly, then you won't be paralysed. Once the lightning current touches you, you will use your sword as a conducting rod and quickly channel your chakra into it to attract the lightning current from your body into the sword, then you touch the ground the with tip of the sword so that the current flows into the ground.

as priest sensei uses chidori nagashi on me i stab my sword into the ground channeling the lightning chakra that is being poured into me through the sword, since the sword is making contact with the ground the lightning current is channeled through it and into the ground, removing the affect of paralysis from me.
