I kinda don't see how me voting with you is supposed to clear me, but okay...Vote Rej with me and get cleared.
I kinda don't see how me voting with you is supposed to clear me, but okay...Vote Rej with me and get cleared.
Also I kinda feel stupid about not realising the connotation the first time I read (and commented on!) the statement. I feel like mega derp today... my reading comprehension sucks right now for some reason.I kinda don't see how me voting with you is supposed to clear me, but okay...
I like Starboy and Rej. I love Xeno and I probably like Michelle. I feel I should like moth but I don’t.Looking at Lukundo's posts so far, there is a lot of fluff... and one post that's making me lean in either direction:
That's either a silly joke... or open wolfing. But either way something to keep in mind for the future. Did anyone play with Luk before who knows if Luk has the balls to pull this off as town?
I agree with this statement, and there is also another layer: Not all scum are good at or prefer to actively push town; a lot are more passive and wait for town to push town, with the added benefit of not being responsible for any mislynches.
Sadly this is his best statement, and it's not even related directly to the game state, nor does it really contain a read either. This leaves me with a wary null read at the moment.
@TheLukundo , would you mind talking a bit more about the other players in the game with me?
Wow, the nitpicking is too hard here. Announcing your strategy beforehand kills your goal, I don't know if you know it but Odd is veteran unlike me who might have already gone through lot of RVS votes, making second RVS need difference when you're dealing with veteran cuz even little experience player know how to deal with RVS.Like, I find his handling of the vote strange. My style would be to announce an RVS beforehand or let it stand without commenting to see how others react to it. It just feels kinda unneccessary the way it was handled.
There is a difference between being defensive and answering a question, saying I will provide my reads later is not a defense but if it's considered as a defense then I'll just say it, what a petty reason to go by. I don't feel reflective at all, why would I? I told him my honest thoughts and answered his question with an explanation to not drag it.And this is an example of what I meant as defensive, especially the first sentence. It all feels like feeling "caught" at having done something you know was a bad idea and it feels kinda reflective.
Was a pretty odd reason, but as player asking the question is the main way to solve the gamehat's just page nine, but that is what I see as defensive in your behaviour, Oreki, and what I called you out on earlier.
how? don't clean her out that easilyIt's kinda cool to see like three posts of Red and realise that she's town.![]()
no Oreki is just defensive it is obvious noone slipped makes it a VvV read for me.Not the biggest fan of Oreki right now, in my eyes he comes off worse in the exchange with Xenok. Being not a great reader on D1 is not a good reason not to give reads. It helps us see where everyone is at and where we want to go today.
Did you jsut out yourself as lovers? If you spent a whole game as lovers with each other you notice subtle things in how that person acts and speaks. I'm rather high confident in my Red read.
No, the thing is, and that is what I mean: In my opinion it makes sense to either announce an RVS and make it an RVS, or not announce an RVS and keep the person you voted for in the dark until you get the reaction you wanted to say. What happened in this case was... you made the vote without saying it and then IMMEDIATELY in your post afterwards admitted to it being RVS. So I... feel confused at what you thought you'd gain by doing it that way.Wow, the nitpicking is too hard here. Announcing your strategy beforehand kills your goal, I don't know if you know it but Odd is veteran unlike me who might have already gone through lot of RVS votes, making second RVS need difference when you're dealing with veteran cuz even little experience player know how to deal with RVS.
I'll repeat myself: It's not the fact THAT you answered. The WAY you answered the question felt defensive, like if you were in need to defend yourself. It's... how should I say this? It lacked confidence? It just gave me a strange vibe when I read it.There is a difference between being defensive and answering a question, saying I will provide my reads later is not a defense but if it's considered as a defense then I'll just say it, what a petty reason to go by. go readWait Xeno, what’s your case on Rej that I probably haven’t read?
This?Rej is playing completely different from his town game in the TOS game. He basically greeted the thread with a formal town read on me that basically got cancelled in the same exact post. Rej posted consecutively and isn't much of a wall poster. He didn't gather a lot of his ideas and plant them in one post. He's more of a stream of consciousness poster.
I can definitely tell the difference between this game and that game.
Opening
Wolf mindset: "I have to start strong, I need to start in a funny, witty way to get some early town reads". Usually it's just good enough to start with a default "hi". But the awareness of being a wolf tends to get to the player and force him to make some mistakes when he opens. New scum players hurry to issue town reads to get town read in return. Rej's entrance felt really forced and unnatural, unlike his Town of Salem game.
I'd like some pressure on this good scum player that people are praising.
Vote : Rej
It's her tone, the way she makes posts, the words and phrases that she used. I played as lovers with her in Dracula's castle and saw her town self. I was town mentor in the mentor game where she was scum and I saw her scum self and it was.... vastly different. Now I see her here and she's posting the way she did in the Dracula game. For me that's pretty decisive.how? don't clean her out that easily
First, I'm glad that I am not the only one who got that impression of defensiveness. Second, my point was not to say that "this is v/w and this is who is whom", but rather my direct impression of how both people behaved in this exchange. Good wolves don't outright "slip", you catch them finding a lot of small clues leading you to a conclusion, and not every bad post or exchange that you see has to lead to a wolf - town messes up far more often (especially since we are simply more players than scum). But you can keep a "score sheet", so to say, to find them over time.no Oreki is just defensive it is obvious noone slipped makes it a VvV read for me.
No, that was the other game I played here, see above.
So you refuse buddying up with Xenok?Because it's 8AM, I'm preparing to leave for grocery shopping and it's just a lean so far. Also, Xenok is doing that already just fine.
I hope Udell delivers solid scumreads.Tagging @Udell
Dude you are the third person going for Oreki and you and Misa just tag teamed with Xenok. When Xenok is away for some minutes, Lan Misa and you jumped on Oreki and now your argument is "oh you are under pressure". Ofc he is and everything that will come out of his mouth will be defensive contribution.Sounds like you're under pressure and you've gotten a case shovelmouth
we all do hahaI'm liking Oreki.
Agree with moth and LMXenokjee - Oreki- Michelle - Starboy - Odd - Sagebee - moth - Alice - LanMisa
sry for being massively inactive and playing 5 games at onceEbwop
here I know all flavour stuff to knowWho's seen Stranger Things?
Are you hyped for season 3?
Let's clear the first point and not go any longerI'll repeat myself: It's not the fact THAT you answered. Town also messes up with overpressuring very often. I just didn't like this GTH tripple, maybe it's the inactivity I am so sorry I couldn't participate. But once a player becomes defensive you don't want to overly push on him, because it is also D1 and there is not much to push for. That's where you want to push/GTH on lesser active players. brb gonna catch up 4 pages or soHi, good to see you back in the game.

Why type of bullshit crap is this lolDude you are the third person going for Oreki and you and Misa just tag teamed with Xenok. no around my 30th I stopped counting, it's the second on this site tho.@Rej Is this your second game of mafia on any site?
Wtf hahaha.Rej is playing completely different from his town game in the TOS game. He basically greeted the thread with a formal town read on me that basically got cancelled in the same exact post. No, I found that the handling of the RVS vote was poor and the exchange with Xeno earlier did nothing to improve my view on you because it felt defensive to me.Let's clear the first point and not go any longer
Okay, so I was scummy for you because you felt defense in my post? So in other words whenever you gonna feel defense in anyone post that's mean they're scummy for you?
What a forced laughno around my 30th I stopped counting, it's the second on this site tho.
Wtf hahaha.
From a superficial view you were a villager but as said, with entering this DP you have deepwolf potential. Just saying. Oh we played the ToS? I dont remember it, ToS is compeltely different on the metagame.
Hm... I kinda disagree, pushing people can lead to very useful information.Town also messes up with overpressuring very often. I just didn't like this GTH tripple, maybe it's the inactivity I am so sorry I couldn't participate. Asked myself the same question, I went about sleep and forgot about the game as I also got no notification so I removed the formalities and tried to be contributive, even tho there wasnt much to be contributive. So I call out someone possibly a deepwolf and you jump on my wifom with lynching me. I am still townreading you tho but this might fade off right now.To elaborate on my thought, as town, if you don't feel comfortable with a read, you just don't say it. But Rej, knowing he could be wrong and not having confidence in his read, still wanted to point me out as town that could easily be a deep wolf. What's the motivation behind that type of entrance? Issuing an early read in which you basically don't have confidence / don't have clues on, why not start in a friendly manner and why would you attempt to look solvey if there's nothing that you solved?
Weird.
I just didn't like the superpressure on you boi. But I am not clearing you from suspicion. I when I suddenly started reading you and Xenok as villager you guys suddenly turned against LanMisa. Worth taking a note. Why type of bullshit crap is this lol
Why are you defending me?
