Mission Passed. Watch all of the setup roleplay. It was nearly half of the mission. I'd suggest adding in a secondary element nex time or keeping the off-topic things that aren't related to the element itself outside of the mission. Either work fine, but for higher rank single element missions being that off topic will end in a failure.

Mission Failed. There is way too much opening narration and roleplay not related to the element. Then there isn't enough of the actual element to counterbalance this. Work on actually performing the element to completion. Missions fail primarly because the element itself isn't focused on. This is especially true for single element missions. You should always try to go for 75% of the narrative being directly about the element and only 25% being about setting up and getting to the actual task set out by the storyboard element.

Additional Information: First ninja world mission so I tried one of the arc missions if it's not too late.

Mission Failed. This doesn't meet the criteria for even this level of a mission. This is because you do not directly deal with the storyboard element until almost the end of the mission. You needed to study the local flora and fauna. Your biography spent most of the mission studying his cards, which he uses as a predictive method. This needed more time actually studying the flora, eg: figuring out what the plant does, it's appearance, properties, things related directly to it. This was more akin to "Explore a landmark" where you go through and explain how your biography interacts with the surrounding area. When your biography does find the plant he was looking for he doesn't really study it. He picks it, and delivers it to someone else. Try working on picking the right elements for your mission. This could have passed it the element was more related to the task you performed as sufficient roleplay went into it, you just didn't apply the roleplay to the element itself so it doesn't count for that particular element.

Mission Failed. Barely, and I say that because I debated heavily on this one. You used too much off-topic stuff to start with, I feel like you could have passed merely by adding one more crucial element to the mix. Just one to open up that starting RP and bring it into more focus as in making it count toward the mission. As it is, the main bulk of the mission isn't based around actually completing the mission elements. You end up doing the job but by that time you've spent most of your work load doing other things. Red-Robin was able to do more because they had more elements to work with.

Lena returns from her absence, riding back to Shinramoto on her Summon with enemies in hot pursuit! Perspective of the story changes from NPC Alicia to Lena and back again.

Mission Passed. The switching back and forth did take away a bit from the effort of your biography. This was a great story though and I got a lot of DnD storytelling vibes from it. The changes to your character, her now more broken nature. I'd suggest adding more elements though in the future, to allow for variety. This skated close on the edge between pass and fail for me, mainly because of how vague the "near-death situation" felt to me. I may have not caught the intended tone.

Mission Failed. First, I'd suggest reading through the Storyboard Mission Criteria if you haven't it will help with tone, time, effort, and danger. However, this just doesn't reach the level of an S-rank, it is about a B-rank, at most an A-rank, but even that is a bit high for the level of danger this has. I would suggest using lower elements and getting a feel for them. For example "Fight an individual of comparable strength" and "Fight an enemy stronger than yourself." That specific element "Win a fight without your ninjutsu" is meant for fights where your opponent usually goes all out, using ninjutsu and you reply only with taijutsu or similar making it an extremely difficult and dangerous mission for the biography.
