The day was warm and sunny, not a single cloud in sight. The streets of Konoha were not as crowded as usual, but as it was such a hot day, Hinata was not surprised at all. She actually took her jacket off to be cooler, which was very rare. You could almost call it Suna on a day like this.
Hinata was walking at a semi-fast pace down a street. She had to get two certain people for a very important mission that Lady Tsunade had given them. Those certain people were Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno. She had to hurry, or Tsunade might get angry. Hinata started walking faster as she heard someone call her name. She really didn't have time for this at the moment. The mission was probably more important than whoever wanted her.
She sighed and turned around, knowing that this person would not stop until she got Hinata's attention. "Hey Hinata!" said Hanabi cheerfully, waving at her older sister. Hinata twitched slightly and tried to smile. "H-Hello Hanabi. What is it?" "I can do a cartwheel now! Wanna see?" Hanabi asked, jumping up and down in excitement. "Ah...Hanabi I would l-love to, but I have a mission I have to complete. Can it w-wait till later?" Hinata had to go now. Sure, she was just as excited as Hanabi about the cartwheel. Hinata had been teaching her to do one for over a year now, so she was very happy that Hanabi had finally succeeded, but this wasn't the time or place.
Hanabi looked slightly upset but nodded. "Okay. I understand. Your mission must be important. See you Hinata. Good luck." Hinata smiled at Hanabi. "Thank you, Hanabi." Hinata turned and started to run down the street again, hoping that they would be somewhere near. She turned a corner and skidded to a halt right in front of Ino. "Oh...Ino. U-Um, we have another mission," Hinata said, surprised and thankful that she found at least one of the two.
