For this one perform the Rat, Rabbit, and dog handseals before taking a deep breath and exhaling many small blasts of condensed wind that have great speed and piercing ability. Try to take these guys out.

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

"I'll be starting a RP related reply now"
For this one kakuzu gathers his chakra and changes it to
wind's properties. He then channels it on his finger tip of his right hand and swings it from left to right. Thus, always to perform a horizontal swing. Swinging his hand, kakuzu releases wind chakra in the form of a wind blade. Generating more wind, kakuzu makes the wind blade a lot bigger , while manipulating it to move in a circular motion. Due to this movement, the wind blade starts to expand in a tornado, as it draws the tree closely easily. Being sucked by it, the earth beneath the tree and the tree itself would perish , and it would be caught in the wind tornado.

Carefully observing the handseals dictated by pein , kakuzu
quickly repeated them, as he listened to Ushiro's explanation. Then he started to gather chakra as usual, and mold it to the wind properties of wind. Kakuzu inhales, mixing the air with the wind chakra. As he does that, in a matter of seconds , 30
dummies appear out of no where behind an earth wall. They were mid range from
Kakuzu, however covered a wide range. Having his wind chakra mixed with the existing winds, kakuzu exhales them, using shape manipulation to shape them into bullets of wind that travel pretty fast towards the target, in this case the dummies. Because they are made of wind chakra, they can easily pierce through human's flesh. Doing so, kakuzu had succeeded cutting through the training dummies.

Well done. Now perform the Rat, Snake, Horse, and Dog handseals. Then take a deep breath and exhale while spinning your body. The wind blown should be take the form of a large blade of compressed wind covering a wide area around you capable of hitting multiple targets. Mow these guys down.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Next, create a wind gust ascending into the sky. Then disperse it throughout the sky and manipulate the weather to create dark clouds in storm-like conditions. The clouds should then disappear as a large tornado of slicing wind is created and descends from the sky onto your target, slashing them violently in the vortex. There's your target.

For this one form 7 handseals and create two small tornadoes similar to the other tornado jutsu you've been doing. The first one should trap your target in it and the second should combine with the first into a giant slashing tornado. Punish these thugs.

(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

Kakuzu slightly closes his eyes to gain more concentration , and simultaneously performs Rat , Snake , Horse and Dog
handseals. Completing the process, he inhales and gathers chakra in his mouth. Having the chakra to be changed into slicing properites of wind by using nature transformation, Kakuzu manipulates the chakra further. While exhaling the chakra , he uses shape manipuilation to create compressed blade of wind, which by the circular motion while spinning, it expanded in a very great range. The wind blade travelled towards the peins, which cut through them easily.

Next one. Kakuzu now has it easier to gather wind chakra due to the countless techs he has performed so far. He focuses a fair amount of chakra , high into the sky. Manipulating it and changing it to Wind natured chakra, Kakuzu manipulates the existing winds around the enviornemnt to create stormy clouds. Doing this he maniplates the chakra further, creating a spinning tornado, which is fast and huge. This tornado would travel towards the tree house that is 10m from Kakuzu.
Having the wind move in a circular way, it is able to deal with the peins and successfully drop it down , destroying them all along with the building.

Ah so that's the case then.
Kakuzu performs seven handseals, Then by gathering wind
chakra, which he has it easier by now, he manipulates the
slicing properites of wind in his body. He then starts by
releasing the wind chakra in the air, by speeding the wind
chakra up to circular motion, Kakuzu formed a fast tornado
which would travel towards the peins. The tornado was fast
enough to reach them in matter of seconds. As it reached them, the wind tornado "grabbed" them and pinned them in one place, restricting their movements. By having the peins pinned down, Kakuzu once again performs the same process and releases another tornado, but this time this tornado would mix with the other one and create a huge wind hurricane, slicing and cutting through the peins skin and outer body layer and killing them in the process.

Impressive. Here's an easy one: After performing the Bird, Hare, Horse, and Ram handseals exhale a vertical blade of compressed wind 2 meters long at your target that holds a decent amount of destructive force. Demolish this tree here.

Next, perform the Bird handseal and blow an incredibly fast stream of wind and dust through overlapped hands toward your target. The combination of wind and dust makes this attack very damaging as it grinds away at the target until there is nothing left. Try it out.

"Moving on and Fighting"
Kakuzu performs the four handseals : Bird » Hare » Horse and Ram handseals, while gathering chakra around his body. He uses nature manipulation to change that chakra into wind, with Slicing and sharp properties. Once the handseals are performed, he sends the chakra towards his gullet and mouth and generates some sharp winds. The moment they were released, Kakuzu uses shape manipulation on it and creates a large, like a two meter blade from those winds. Seeing the location of the tree, Kakuzu memorises it and manipulates the blade of wind
towards it, cutting through the tree severely and very fast.

"Fighting"
Kakuzu performs the single handseal and the hand motion, while gathering and performing nature transformation
into that chakra. Changing it to wind chakra due to help of that, Kakuzu starts to release the wind properties of that chakra. Using shape manipulation he combines it with dust and creates a dust screen, which is the result of the combination of wind and dust. This stream would travel pretty fast and by the help of the hand motions; Kakuzu is making, it extends outwards, having a big size around the training field and covering all the training dummies. Due to the sharpness of the wind, this stream would cut through the dummies and harm them greatly.

Kakuzu sees the Ox Ushiro - senpai summons and concentrates a little bit, while performing the needed handseals to perform this wind technique. After weaving through the handseals, Kakuzu gathers large amounts of chakra, then uses nature transformation to change that chakra into wind nature. He then sends the gathered chakra in his lungs, and releases it from his mouth in the form of a large bullet of wind. The wind bullet had high pressure , since Kakuzu pounded his stomach.
As it travels with a high speed towards the Ox, it
completely obliterates the Ox by leaving a huge hole on its
whole body making it go "Poof"

Alright. For this jutsu perform 5 handseals and exhale wind in the form of a net composed of slicing winds intersecting each other. Pretty simple. Today we're having crab.

Next, i want you to focus wind chakra in your hand and wave it in front of you, releasing blades of wind from each of your fingertips that should come together into a single scythe of air. This jutsu is similar to the Wind Blade jutsu you learned a while back but this was shown to have enough power to stop the advance of Sasuke's susanno. Cut down a thick tree around here for firewood.

The chakra should increase the amount of air you take in and actually produce a vacuum effect that can pull an opponent towards you. Then condense the air you have taken in and exhale it all at once as a powerful wind bullet similar to the one you did not long ago. Get these guys away from my dinner!

Carefully watching how Ushiro - senpai explains the technique, Kakuzu does the same ones as explained, as he gathers enough raw chakra. After doing the five handseals, Kakuzu changes that chakra into fuuton, which has slicing and cutting properties. He then
sends it in his lungs, then manipulates it in order to release the wind. Whilst releasing Kakuzu shape manipulates it creating a net of wind. The net of wind would travel towards the Crab and cover a wide range, this way it would capture and slice the crab into bits falling on the training field. As it
made contact with the crab, it cut through its body and
gives serious damage to it.

Kakuzu kneads his wind chakra and concentrates listening to Ushiro - senpai's instructions. He quickly nature manipulates and changes it into wind chakra. Doing that Kakuzu channels it on his fingertips. Having the cutting and slicing properties wind chakra has, he
swings his hand horizontally to release 5 wind blades,
which ln turn and conjunction would be emerged into one huge wind blade, which easily cut through the pointed tree chopping it down for wood.

For the next one, Kakuzu gathers chakra and carefully
nature manipulates it into wind chakra which he passes into his chakra points. He then inhales, as he does that, the air around starts to move rapidly as it comes in contact with kakuzu's mouth, which in this case its a like a vacuum. The winds made the inhaling powerful enough to draw the peins closer and closer. In a certain moment,Kakuzu releases a bullet of wind which obliterates the peins away from the boiled crab.

Nicely done, onto the S ranks! For the first one perform the Rat handseal and produce air currents from your palms which should expand rapidly as you direct them throughout the battlefield. Any dust and debris present is carried by the raging winds, basically creating a large dust storm with no offensive properties. This technique may be maintained to extend the duration you control the air currents. Conceal yourself and escape.

This jutsu explains itself well enough. It's very similar to Vacuum Wave except you release multiple blades together in one direction. Demolish this wall, its hideous.

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. In order to perform it in the beginning, Naruto required the aid of two shadow clones; he provides the chakra, one clone is responsible for the shape transformation, and the other provides the nature transformation. However, like with his use with the Rasengan, as his skill progresses, he becomes able to use it without the aid of any clone. Initially, he could only throw it while in Sage Mode but he has since learned how to maintain it and throw it in Nine Tails Chakra Mode and Bijuu Mode, even by simply using chakra arms. Despite this, others ninjas can learn the technique but cannot throw it as they lack Naruto's skill with the rasengan to succeed nor can they produce as much damage as Naruto who, adding to the damage boost given to him to the aforementioned modes, gains another +10 damage when using it. In the case of other bios, because they use it in a melee form, they will take -10 damage to their hand as the jutsu hits.

Performing the Ram handseal and gathering raw chakra from my chakra pool, i nature manipulate the said chakra into fuuton by increasing it flexibity and making it light as possible, i continue by generating 5 tall tornadoes side by side like a huge wall which i send toward the pein army and their calavary (dogs). It carries them all away while i make a run for it, escaping the menance.

I become one with the wind, inhaling and exhaling slowly before i continue by generating 5 tall tornadoes of fierce wind side by side like a huge mountainous wall which i send toward the pein's army with full strength and force and their calavary (dogs). It carries them all away also dealing cutting and piercing damage to them while i make a run for it, escaping the menance.
