Once i've gathered enough i cross both hands in front of me forming an X shape before swinging them outward toward the knife-toting Pein, releasing the chakra and producing a wide wave of wind from it with added sharpness. The wind wave blows back the Pein and slashes him across his arms and chest.

For this jutsu, take out a sword and imbue it with your wind chakra. Then swing the sword and release the chakra as a cutting whirlwind made of several strong gusts. There's your target.
