(My rant of this game)


This game is sooo much of a downgrade, wtf is choose 1 and can only have 1, either awaken or ultimate or drive wtf.... and when you guard if you accidentally tilt your left analog you leave guard........ And it feels slow, it feels literally broken, people counter spam, its like how can you go from being really good from storm 3 and below but then jump into this new mechanic combat system that is really faulty. Why can't you have just all 3 like it normally was.......

I enjoyed the older games but this one was a waste.........

I absolutely despise this new game. The controls are laggy, and horrid. The online play is laggier than ever. Like you said with the guard I hateeeee it. The ONLY reason I keep playing is the story mode.

This is what we need!!! The new battle system introduced in Revolution, in which players select from Ultimate Jutsu Type, Awakening Type, or Drive Type, is without a doubt a dumbass feature, forcing players to think twice before haphazardly selecting characters to play with. However, as with most things, it eventually gets boring, as players begin to long for the battles where they had access to all three types at once. This can easily be fixed by simple granting players the option of either fighting with the new system, or the ‘all-out’ system, which we’ve grown up with throughout the Storm Franchise.

Yeah I would have to agree but the truth is I got for the anime content it was my hope that there would be big boss battles a real story mode maybe and open world like the first well at least Itachi making eggs was funny

Harder and longer? No, more like short spam fest with irritating controls and laggy reaction time from the game. I have two simi new controllers and neither have been over used, on many occasions my characters will just stand there or ignore commands completely. This happens online more then when I play story mode. I mean I literally hit a button five times once before anything happened.

yeah, this game is different than #3. I am sort of used to it though. I hate choosing between the 3 Battle Types. Drive Type is just stupid, and can be soooo cheap..

They made up for the game mechanics by updating
Every character has had Atleast a minor or major updates accessories presets Edo Characters and Team Ultimate Jutsu's.

It wasn't what I expected but it'll do.

I still think storm 2 is the best game to date.

Agree storm 2 has the real story, but revolution is soo buggy, and broken, i can play then i sub then all of a sudden the dude is already hitting me when i sub and he didn't even chakra dash wtf is that!................ CC2 needs to redo the game or atleast send out an update to allow the use of all 3 types at once like IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!.
