0. Storm release is one of the advanced nature KGs that has two variants. The first one was shown by Hiruko (which he stole from an unnamed Kumo shinobi using the chimera technique) in the will of fire movie, it works on making black lightning clouds that can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes and can absorb chakra to grow bigger. The second variant was shown by Darui that makes beams of liquid lightning.

0. Somewhat correct about Darui's type of storm release but it is more like lasers then anything.

I start gathering some of my chakra in my both hands. by using nature manipulation I turn half of my chakra (that was gathered in my right hand) to raiton chakra and I turn the other half (that was gathered in my left hand) to suiton chakra, then I clap my hands together. in the same instant my hands touched each other I started mixing the two chakra natures and bringing forth a third chakra nature known as storm chakra. my hands started getting sweaty but the sweat was glowing as if my hands were sweating lightning not salty water. it was a weird feeling but I somehow enjoyed it >_>

So I want you to first gather some water chakra in one hand and some lighting chakra in your other hand, but with the lighting chakra it has to be sightly more then the water, merge them together if done correctly. The chakra should shine bright, but still contain it's greyish colour. Give it a shot.

I start gathering raiton chakra in my right hand and suiton chakra in my left hand but I gather more raiton chakra than suiton and as I clap my hands I mix them together and making storm chakra that has glowing greyish color

Now, I want you to do the same thing. But add more water chakra and less lighting chakra; merge them together to create a cloud like version of storm release, and hold it in your hand.

I start gathering a certain amount of Chakra in my two hands but the amount of chakra in my left hand is more than the chakra in my right one. I start using nature manipulation to change the chakra in my left hand to water chakra while turning the chakra in my left one to lightning chakra and as I clap my hands I mix them together to make storm chakra. I start releasing the storm chakra out of my hands. I use the water part of the storm chakra to make some fluffy black clouds (that looks like a.. *starts imagining things but finds no sensible example* thunder cloud :|) and by using the left part of the chakra (lightning one) I make some lightning bolts crackle in the black clouds to make it glow.

So what can you tell me about this technique? I will just say this is the one where you need to have more lighting chakra then water chakra in the mixture.
This jutsu is the only canon storm release jutsu shown in the manga. It's also the only jutsu that uses the liquid lighting version in the whole show. It's good jutsu because it requires no handseals, can reach long range and it can be used for attacking multiple targets. It's bad because it's wide-range may attack allies as well (if the user is not careful) and if the target and the allies/user are standing on water it can electrocute all of them (somehow it didn't affect the shinobi alliance ninjas (including Darui, the user, himself) who were standing on the same sea as Zetsus). It is the best jutsu to be used to stop the S-Ranked fire jutsu that shoots a flame wall since the water nature of the jutsu can extinguish the wide-ranged flames of the jutsu. This jutsu is also good for stopping wide ranged earth and steel techniques since the lightning nature of it is still capable of destroying them. To counter this jutsu an S-Ranked fire jutsu is required since it can evaporate the water conducting the lightning and once the conducted electricity loses its medium it stops immediately.

But a wind elemental technique can blow the clouds away.
Note: Cloud of rings lasts 2 turns
With this perform the hand seals, and then gather your storm chakra up to create a thick ring of thunderclouds, this is the version that has water then lighting in the mix. This technique acts as a defence, it keeps target from getting in close from you, and this technique also can fire blasts of lighting towards your target, sort a two birds one stone kind of thing.
