storm 3 5 dlc costumes global release?

what are your thoughts, think the five dlc custumes will be every where the London comic confirms it for them and teh scan confirms it for japan but nothing for USA so a global release hopefully is what we get for even though it hasn't been confirmed here yet.

we already have bm naruto why wouldn't they put madara in he appears before bm does, and this is a discussion on a possably global pre order dlc bonus release not madara or the jinchurikris
