Sakura and Chiyo won that match because they were a perfect match up for Sasori.

• Sakura had the strength to break Hiruko and punch back the Satetsu Kesshū.
• Sakura had the medical skills to counter Sasori's poison, and had the antidote on her.
• Chiyo had the puppet mastery needed to hold Sasori back for the majority of the fight.
• Chiyo could use her pupper techniques to allow Sakura to avoid his attacks.

Each of them would have lost badly if they were facing him alone, and yet, even when they were combined, they would have lost in the end had he not decided to take the hit.

His superiority becomes even more apparent when you consider the fact that he had a huge amount of Human puppets in his arsenal which he didn't even use.​

Sakura would die if chiyo didn't block 1 of these puppets who came from the back

without chyo sakura would lose, she would be unable to know what sasori would have done so its unfair to give her that advantage if she never knew of his abilities she would lose lets be honest here. she doesn't have sharingan and while she is quick i don't think she's fast enough(if she had the same speed as sasuke maybe but that's not the case)

Even if she knew about all his abilities she would still lose, she cant solo the third kazekage or 100 puppets
or 1 of the 4 other human puppets in Sasori's arsenal.
