Pretty sure thats like saying someone with 3 tomoe sharing can;t read movements, he unlocked the eyes hence he mastered them, it is not even said how the sage of 6 paths obtained his eyes, if it was through training, birth, implanting, whatever. As far as we know, Madara is the first and only person to have ever awakend the rinnegan.

That beats all of Nagato's feats with just two chapters. I am positive he knows how to use all of the paths, why would you even think otherwise ? he has shown preta path powers already..and has shown deva path powers that trumped Nagato's feats instantly and he did it twice. Some people are just..foolish
