We've seen different forms of Bazooka. There should be Gattling in Gear4. Sure Luffy would need few seconds, but it's worth the attempt to beat such opponent as Doffy.

Oh! You were talking about the time between punches of Gattling. Well, normal Gattling is a bit slower than Jet Gattling. Perhaps Jet Gattling is faster than Gattling by 10 nano-seconds. What will Luffy use is either G2 or G4, his Gattling is one of few powerful moves. Unless Luffy goes G4 and do the Falcon Punch. Naming animals of his moves in G4.

the fact that doflamingo is still moving right now should tell gamma knife had no effect on his battle prowess
and yes G4 shit on doflamingo so bad that even awakening did nothing thats how much stronger g4 is to doflamingo

The only thing that can be said for certain is that Doffy > Luffy.
That doesn't mean Doffy > G4 as the title implies.
G4> a weakened Doflamingo because well... Look at the last 2 chapters. Donflamingo was on the defensive pretty much the entire time, and the only attack he landed did nothing to a G4 Luffy. That technique was way above what Donflamingo could handle in his weakened state, and if the time limit didn't run out, Luffy would have won.
However, it is uncertain if G4 > a healthy Donflamingo since we didn't get to see much of what that was like since a lot of it was off paneled with his fight with Law. At best I would say G4 = Healthy Doffy.

No it just means Doffy is that strong and durable, as accentuated and proven by the fact he outlasted G4 regardless of his uncompromising and disadvantaged position.

I'm not sure if DD is better than G4 i just think that DD is better than Luffy. If Luffy was more experienced and had trained his G4 more he would beat him before the time limit.

Pretty sure it was confirmed awhile ago that Luffy is still < Doffy. Though I think that Gear 4 could hold it's own against any high tier/low top tier character.
