I like to use the same method when training my taijutsu students.
*gives you weights for your wrists and your legs*
now put them on, they arent the heaviest ones but after the training you will notice the difference. we are on an open plain surrounded by nothing but grass as far as the eye can see.
1.) 20 laps from a long range distance, you dont half to go around the whole field just yet...
2.) 55 push ups.
3.) 44 leg squats, but 55 will impress me ^-^

ok, sure thing

*takes weights, and puts them on*

"oo wow i feel like i packed on a few lol"

*ok, i draw i line in from of me, and then another one 50 yards away, and begin to run 20 laps back and forth between the lines.*

-25 grueling minutes later-

*pants*
*ok now to get to those push ups, i drop on the floor and give you my best 55 push ups.*
*1..2...3..4..5.6....7.....8......9....10.......*
*49...........50.....omg these weights are making it so hard.....51........52........53......54.......55, drops and hits the floor*

*afterwards i proceed on with the leg squats, and now i begin(after having a sip of my gatorade of course)*

-25 minutes later...-

*panting harder and harder...*

*42.....43......44.........45.........46.......... ....47.........................48................. ........49......................50!!!, sorry thats all i got*
