Once Im finished I start zig zaging at the 2nd manikin, pretending Im being attack and take a deffense position and then quickly perform a jump kick and as I land I start kicking the manikin as fast as I can. I then repeat the procces with the other manikins, combining both kicks and punches.*

*I start by kicking the manikin in the chest with my right leg and immediatly after that I punch him in the face I then duck pretending that the manikin is a real oponent I then punch him in the stomach and then swing my body and perfom a high kick, kicking him in the face. I then jump and punch him in the nose and when I land I swing my body and kick him in the leg and finaly I punch him in the face as fast as I can.*
