OK OK I yust want to make it a little dramatic thats all, nobody in Naruto learned a jutsu in only one day.
I am concentrating my chakra in my hand and it is sparking more then it ever was and now I am gonna put it on the ground and................. it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lightninh is spredding through the ground around me.
