Suiton- The area of elemental nature transformation are techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water.

Now perform those steps and spew out water, but while doing so transform it into small molecules turning it into mist.

I wont stall, now.

Bring the mist back toward you and condense it into your hand causing a body of water to be in your hand. Once you have accumulated enough water try to form it into a sword.

*then i make the condense cloud form water*
*then i hold out my hands to gather water*
*then i focus my charka into my hands and form the water in my hands into a clear sword*
