What is the symbol in your sig?
0.It is a kekkei genkai that originates from Iwagakure.It enables the user to create objects/layers out of black steel both from the users body and the ground.It is strong(from the basic elements) to earth because it is denser that it and water,same reason as why water is week to earth.It is weak(from the basic elements) to lightning,I guess it can cut through it or be conducted through the metal.It is neutral(from the basic elements) to fire and wind.
1.Well,earth is my favorite basic element and I know I can use steel much similar to earth.Also I think not many people have it on the base so it's something original.And it black,cool color o^o
3.Fire and earth.It uses fire chakra as a manipulation to convert the chakra used for earth release into chakra molded for steel release.
4.In the anime,only Hiruko was showed using steel release.He used the Chimera technique the steal the kekkei genkai from an unknown Iwagakure shinobi and then changed his chakra type(one of them)steel release.

Now I want you to sit down and start to focus your katon chakra in one hand, and your doton chakra in the other. Than slowly mix them together to make a small amount of steel chakra then we will move from there.

I sit down while beginning to gather up my chakra in my body.As I sit,I extend both hands in front of me and I start focusing the chakra into the both of them.The chakra I focus to my left hand,I mold into katon chakra and the chakra I focus into my right hand,I mold into earth chakra.Once I have done this I begin to mix these two chakra's,creating a small amount of koton chakra from them.

(Kōton no Jutsu ) Steel Release Technique

Description: Allows the user to, through the use of hand gestures, produce small objects, pillars, weapons, etc, made of black steel, from their body or from the earth. The constructs are as hard as a normal kunai and swords and can be thrown at a target physically.

As you tell by now. There has been only one technique that has been shown in the anime; so Scorps thought it would be a good idea to expand an underused KG, which is awesome. Anyway; similar to Earth release technique. Pretty much the same thing apart from the swords and kunai that can be throw or used for hand to sword combat, and the hand gestures part, that also differs from the earth one.

One/three advantages:

• 1.It has a wide variety of applications.
• 2.It is quick to perform,I imagine.
• 3.It can create objects from the ground as well and they can reach up to mid range.

One/three disadvantages:

• 1.It is just a D rank technique,so it doesn't have much power.
• 2.Is not long ranged.
• 3.Requires some hand gestures.

How you would use it in battle:I would mostly use this in the beginning of fights.I would use it probably the most to create small,quick defenses to block some close ranged,lower ranked attack.I could also use it,either on it's own or in combination with some other technique,to attack the opponent with some projectiles,or create a pillar to knock him off his feet,so some other technique hits and so on.I could also create a pillar beneath me,so it launches me up,to the sides so I get away from some attack.However,I would use it to escape from water through which lightning is being conducted as the steel would also conduct it into me.
How you would counter it:I would probably use some low ranked lightning technique to break the pillars.The projectile weapons could be deflected with normal kunai,I think.And the swords and other weapons made from this can be countered with either some normal weapons or with some other steel release technique.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I start gathering and focusing my chakra in my body.Once I have gathered enough of it,I begin channeling the previously gathered and focused chakra towards my feet,and from there I channel it into the ground.I then pull the fingers towards me,like I was calling something and raise a small pillar,made out of black steel from the ground.

Okay so perform the single seal, your steel chakra will produce a black steel net thing from your hands, use it on my clone that is near you, this technique is good since it can pin and trap them to the ground, and you can follow up with another attack, the range is a little iffy but then most battles are from mid-range.

What would happen of somebody bound by this tried to use nagashi to break it,would he be electrocuted?
One/three advantages:

• 1.It's mid ranged.
• 2.It can pin the opponent to the ground and prohibit his movements.
• 3.I imagine a chakra infused steel net is hard to break.

One/three disadvantages:

• 1.Not long ranged.
• 2.It doesn't do any damage on it's own.
• 3.Has to be thrown at the opponent.

How you would use it in battle:Well,as it doesn't do any damage,I would first use this to bind the opponent and the follow up with some technique that would pass through the net and do damage to the opponent.I could also summon water around him to drown him.Or drop some heavy object onto the net,so it crushes the opponent.
How you would counter it:I would try to counter it before it pins me to the ground,because if it does,I would be in grave danger.I would use some lightning technique to cut through it.If I was to be caught in it,I would use a powerful cutting wind technique which would be release from my body,in all directions.Maybe some kenjutsu,like the nagashi infused sword would be able to cut it.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I start gathering and focusing my chakra in my body and as I do so,I perform the Bird hand seal.After that I begin channeling the previously gathered chakra into my hands.There,from it I create a net of black steel.I then cast the net towards your clone,it falls onto him from above and pins him to the ground.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Bird+Ram) focusing chakra beneath the opponent, shaping the ground into several (up to 5) shackles that shoot up to grab the enemy. The shackles are linked to chains that remain connected to the ground. Once they grab the opponent, the user can clap his hands, forcefully pulling the shackles and chains to the ground, effectively pinning the opponent to the ground, restrained by the steel chains.

Again, just perform the required seals. Start focusing your steel chakra below my clone; and by using shape manipulation on the said ground below create up to five black steel shackles that will grab hold of him and keep him in place, so if you chose to create five, two can on on his legs, two on his arms and one around his neck, but it's all up to the user. You can then clap your hands causing the shackles to pull back forcefully that are attached to chains and ceasing all movement in my clone, so you can use another attack similar in a way to the net.

• 2.The shackles can shoot out from multiple sides of the opponent.
• 3.They can pin down the opponent

One/three disadvantages:

• 1.Not long ranged.
• 2.Can shoot only 5 at a time.
• 3.They require hand seals.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it same as the last one,to pin them to the ground and/or bind their movements and then use some attack.If I just need to bind them,I would use this rather than the previous technique because the opponents body is more accessable.I could also do this to quickly prevent the opponent from waving hand seals.
How you would counter it:I would try to stop them before they hit and bind me,but as I think they move pretty fast and if they start near me,I would probably be forced to use some wide range lightning attack,to break all of the shackles and chains.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I start gathering and focusing my chakra in my body and as I do so,I perform the Bird and Ram hand seals.After that I begin channeling the previously gathered chakra out of my body and into the ground beneath your clone.Once it is channeled to that spot,I manipulate it so three black steel shackles which are connected to black steel chains,shoot out of the ground and bind your clone.One binds his neck,one his left wrist,once his right wrist.I then clap my hands and the chains retrack and pin your clone to the ground.

Okay now. Since we are heading towards the B-ranks, I would like you to think of a combo steel/earth and fire techniques and aim it towards my clone.

Here goes something pretty useless o^o

I perform a single hand seal,Snake and channel my chakra into the ground.Once done,I manipulate it so creates a cavern around your clone,with an opening only towards me.Once the cavern begins to form,I continue to make two more hand seals and focus my chakra beneath your clone.Upon finishing the hand seals,I,using the previously focused chakra create and launch five black steel shackles attached to chains at your clone.They bind both of his legs and arms and his neck.As the shackles grab onto your clone,I clap my hands and make the chains pull down your clone and pin him to the ground.After he is pinned to the ground I focus my chakra in my chest and begin streaming it towards my mouth,on the way to the mouth,I super-heat the chakra and as it enters my mouth I use nature manipulation to convert it into fire,I then by using shape manipulation,form a fire stream out of the fire and I direct it into the small cavern,severely burning your clone.

Description: After 2 handseals (Bird+Tiger), the user is able to shot out up to a dozen metal bullets from his/her body. They move as fast as arrows and can be shot in a radial manner or a focused manner, from any part of the body the user intends to.

Perform the two seals, start focusing your steel chakra all around your body, and use shape manipulation to turn the chakra into steel bullets, that you will shoot towards my clone, you can shoot up to 12, and you can shoot them all at once, or in a more focused movement, aiming for different body parts. Neat technique, range is great.

• 3.The bullets can be shot out from any part of the users body.

• 1.Can be stopped by C rank lightning.

How you would use it in battle:I would use it mostly on it's own.But I would also use some technique beforehand which would block his vision enough,to not see the bullets.It would probably be some fire technique,because he wouldn't defend against fire with lightning and as he defends with water,the bullets which have a strength towards water would pass on through and kill him.
How you would counter it:I would use some C rank or above lightning technique to either create a shield around myself,or use some technique which would stop them before they come near me.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I start gathering and focusing my chakra in my body,as I do so I perform the hand seals:Bird->Tiger.Once done I channel the previously gathered chakra towards the whole front of my body.When I'm done with that,I manipulate the chakra so it forms 7 small steel bullets which I then shoot out,all at once from various points on my ventral side,they travel towards your clone as fast as arrows.

Okay with this one, perform the seal, this technique allows you to create a big number of steel spikes that rise from the ground, this technique of course will only go up to the range it says, which makes it limited, but the size of each spike is good, and the fact that this technique doesn't say how many a great number is, it could be anything.

• 3.For a moment you could loose sight of the opponent,if they emerge in front of him,he looses sight of you too though.

How you would use it in battle:Either on it's own,or use something to make something fall from the sky on the opponent,because if he wants to avoid the spikes he would have to(probably)go up.
How you would counter it:I would probably be forced to use some lightning technique that would create lightning currents all around me,or if it's too late for that quickly create an armor around my body,maybe an armor of steel.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I once again start gathering and focusing my chakra in my body and as I do so I perform the Horse hand seal.Once I have gathered enough of it,I release the previously focused chakra out of my body and channel it into the ground beneath your clone.Once I'm finished with that,I manipulate the previously channeled chakra so it creates several black steel spikes that emerge from the ground and a stab through your clone.

Description: After 3 handseals (Boar+Horse+Tiger), the user will use his chakra to forcefully make a large collection of metal rods to rise from the ground within range. The rods will form a prison around the target, connecting to each other beneath the ground. As soon as all the pillars have risen, which is very fast, their extremities spawn more pillars as well as their sides. As the pillars multiply, they connect to each other, forming an almost perfect prison cell, closed on all sides.

So, I like the name of this one. With this one it creates a prison cell, an almost perfect one of that. I want you to perform the three required seals, and then focus your steel chakra into the ground around my clone in a square shape. As soon as you have completed that, I want you to use shape manipulation on the chakra to create steel rods that rise from the earth and a square shape, and connecting to each other, then rise some pillars from the ground in the same shape; this pillars rise fast, in short the pillars all around my clone will connect and create a prison cell to trap your target in there, could be used with a fire technique, bake them or something along those lines.

• 2.It can be used as a defense in some cases as well.
• 3.Blocks the opponents view.

One/three disadvantages:

• 1.It blocks your view of the opponent as well.
• 2.I don't think it covers the ground as well???
• 3.Can't be used on an opponent who is in long range.

How you would use it in battle:Don't give me ideas that is my job >_<.I would use it to capture the opponent,if he needs to be alive,or capture him for an easier follow up attack,if I want him dead,cook him,as you said.I could form it around myself or between us for defense also,because it is created fast.
How you would counter it:I would react to it before it completely forms and blocks my view of the opponent.I would use a quick to perform lightning technique to break it,or go underground if I have time.If it already is formed around me,I would break it with a technique that goes to all sides because his attack could be coming behind the walls,so it needs to defend me as well.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I begin gathering my chakra as I perform the required hand seals Boar->Horse->Tiger,as soon as I'm done with that,I channel the chakra,I have previously gathered out of my body and into the ground around your clone,into a square around him,once I'm done with that,I manipulate the previously channeled chakra so it begins creating black steel rods that rise quickly out of the ground and begin connecting to each-other with more rods,until it forms an almost perfect black steel cell around your clone.

Now by performing the Bird seal, you will send your steel chakra into the ground in front of you and manipulate to come forth from the ground in the shape of a large black steel wall to protect you from incoming attacks. Seems rather useful if you're in trouble and have to use this, one hand seal is fast so good technique.
