Starting off the fight, Joel claps his hands, forming a barrier that expands from his body and covers up to mid-range in the terrain, encompassing both himself and Toph inside. Getting a secure grasp on her location inside of the barrier, he then switches tactics and performs the Dragon and Seal handseals, summoning a large torrent of water behind him that spills out into two waves, one on each side of his body, and fills the battlefield to compliment his Gyojin abilities. The water slams into Toph with massive force, leaving her disorientated and incapacitated should she take it head-on, but keeping her within mid-range. Keeping the Tiger seal sustained, Joel has the water that strikes her spiral around itself in the form of a typhoon, raising her into the air with her at the top, then curving back down, driving her head force into the surface of the water, killing her almost immediately.

Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty

Seeing Joel performing a handseal and releasing a torrent of water behind him that spills out into two waves, one on each side of his body, Toph slams her hands on the ground making six walls of earth emerge from the ground, two of them emerges once she slams her hands on the ground and they stand in front of the moving waves and block the path of the water and the rest of them rises a second after the first two walls. With the rest of the walls, they create a hexagonal shaped earthen cell with no ceiling that encloses Joel and his water inside it. The walls are six meters tall, a meter thick and three meters wide and the distance between each two opposite walls is about five meters.

Description: Like the parent technique, it creates a reinforced wall of earth to be used as a defensive mechanism. However, the technique works in a different manner. Using a pre-existing source of earth, it allows the user to create multiple walls of earth, further fortifying their defense instead of forming a single wall, by slamming his hands on the ground.

Once the walls rose, Toph performed the Ram → Snake handseals and creates an opening within the sky six meters above Joel's head (ie: the opening is like the ceiling of the erathen cell), which drips down onto the Joel a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering him. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move. The amount of mud dropped is enough to fill the earthen cell completely with mud.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

After this, Toph slams her hands on the ground once again and lowers the earthen cells 20 meters underground.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Pretty sure you can't make the Sticky Drop that close, as it forms in the sky. I'll continue with that in mind

As the mudwalls begin to rise up, Joel, still sustaining the Tiger handseal, creates more water and changes the course. He has the water move upwards, through the opening of the hexagonal prison, carrying him with it. This creates a water spout that raises Joel out of the prison and towards Beifong, moving past the spot where the mud would drop should Toph continues with this tactic. The water spout charges straight at Toph, as Joel jumps off and lands on the ground, with the mass of water slamming into Toph and driving her into the ground.

Seeing Joel rising from the earthen prison she sends her chakra to his mind and puts him in an illusion where he sees a great ball of flames appearing in the sky behind Toph and falls at him with about 45°.

Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

Knowing that Joel will for sure use his water (the same jutsu for the third time xd) to extinguish the illusionary flames, she takes advantage of this opening and releases from her mouth earthly material that then forms into a large slab of rock, that travels with incredible force. The momentum of the slab would be enough for it to make its way through the water and get to Joel and deal damage to him. Either that or just create a way through water o__o'

Description: The user will knead their earth chakra into their stomach and then release from their mouth earthly material that then forms into a large slab of rock, that can travel with incredible force. To be sure that she dealt damage (or more damage) to Joel, she performs a single handseal and releases a dozen of steel bullets from her body at random parts of Joel's body.

As Joel hears the crackling of flames above him as the Genjutsu takes place, he glances up, and sees a moderately sized fireball descending towards him. Joel's eyes narrow slightly, finding it odd his opponent could suddenly spawn fire in the air without forming seals, but because of the size, dismisses the notion, concluding that it can't be very powerful and can easily be dealt with. He forms a single handseal and has the water around him reform. Rather than launching towards Toph like a mere missile, the water changes shape into that of a powerful, large dragon. The dragon shoots towards the fireball as it gets near then curves towards Toph, blasting into the Earth Slab should she continue to do so, canceling both techniques.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

As the dragon passes through the fireball completely, it dawns on Joel why Toph was able to spawn fire in the middle of the sky without seals: It was merely Genjutsu. As such, he ignores the non-damaging fireball and instead channels lightning to the tip of his finger, creating a line in front of him that shatters into thousands of pieces, launching forward and cutting through Toph's metal bullets before slicing the little girl's skin to confetti in the blink of an eye.

Description: The user firsts channels Raiton to his finger tip and moves in hand horizontally in front of him, creating a horizontal line of Raiton in front of him. On the user's command, the horizontal line shatters into thousands of tiny blades of Raiton that is launched forward at high speeds, shredding the opponent's skin apart.
