Can you give me a circumstance? Range, motion, scenery etc?

Training excuse, have full understanding on how use those moves in a combo. Mid-range, plain field, my clone is the test subject.

That is where our opinions differ, to me, in order to show a complete understanding of something one must be able to use it in any situation presented to them. Given the freedom you've bestowed I will choose a circumstance beneficial to myself in order to make it easier, that is a natural reaction of the human brain. So no, it was not an excuse, it was personal preference
---------------------------------------------------------
I begin by channeling steel chakra through my arms and into my hands, with a single handseal I release the stored chakra, forming a net of steel which I grip tightly in both hands, stretching it and making sure it is as 'open' as can be.

(Kōton: Toami) Steel Release: Fish Net
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After 1 handseal (Bird), the user is able to produce a black steel net from his/her hands, which can be thrown towards the opponent to pin him to the ground.

As I release my grip of the net (making sure to release both corners at the same time so that it keeps it's spread as it falls I perform two handseals and release steel chakra once more. This time I release the chakra from specific points, two on my arms (which are now spread out beside me in a cross like picture) and two from my legs (also spread, rather like the average mans attempt at the splits.) By doing so I shoot four steel bullets, one into each corner of the net, holding it in place and launching it toward the clone, looking to act like nails that would drive into a surface and lock the net over said surface holding anything/one caught in place. Along with the 'nails' I release six more bullets from my chest and stomach (these released on a slight delay) aimed to drive through the targets torso like a normal bullet should.

(Kōton: Tama Ishuu) Steel Release: Bullet Swarm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After 2 handseals (Bird+Tiger), the user is able to shot out up to a dozen metal bullets from his/her body. They move as fast as arrows and can be shot in a radial manner or a focused manner, from any part of the body the user intends to.

With the net travelling I perform a further Tiger handseal, creating a steep slope beneath my opponents feet, throwing him off balance and giving my net something to lodge itself into. The slopes creation is followed quickly by a small barrage of three shuriken aimed at the throat chest and stomach respectively.

(Doton: Doryū Jōheki) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart
Rank: B
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

One also should be able to be creative, I gave you the freedom cause I trust your judgement. But, doesn't matter either way.

-

That was a well thought out combo, I expected nothing less from Lili 2.0. :p I joke. But seriously well done. We can now move onto the next technique.

(Kōton: Kasui Sanran) Steel Release: Spike Spawn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After 1 handseal (Horse), the user is able to make a great number of black steel spikes rise up from a point in the ground within range. These spikes are very sharp and may be as big long as 2 meters.

Okay with this one, perform the seal, this technique allows you to create a big number of steel spikes that rise from the ground, this technique of course will only go up to the range it says, which makes it limited, but the size of each spike is good, and the fact that this technique doesn't say how many a great number is, it could be anything.

One/three advantages:
  • 1. Sheer number of spikes as you pointed out
  • 2. Length of the spikes, two meters is than your average human... Go full of Vlad on your opponents.
  • 3. It's a Steel version of an earth technique that is used incredibly often, the common-ness of the earth technique could provide good camo for use of this technique.

One/three disadvantages:
  • 1. Would be nice to have long range although with the right explanation you could reach close to it
  • 2. Very similar to the earth tech, ca be countered in the same ways... Common knowledge of it's counters.

How you would use it in battle: I'd maybe try using stone spikes frequently in the battle before switching to this at some point, creating them in a circle around my opponent, facing inwards with the odd spike rising higher than the others to prevent a jumping escape.

How you would counter it: Obvious methods and commonly used ones are either dropping into the ground or pushing off of it. Then there're multi-directional lightning techniques to break the spikes as they rise. Something like plasma barrier would work wonders. An armor up technique would work just as well.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start off by performing a single handseal, the horse handseal, a seal with utmost grace and swiftness, allowing for ease of transition into any following handseals but also with the raging force to produce techniques of great power. From that point I channel steel chakra into the earth and cause a large number of steel spikes to rise from the ground around my opponent, the spikes rise directly upwards and form a near flawless barricade around him in every direction. The barrier allows for no visibilityin or out, and the last spike to rise rises straight up from underneath my opponent skewering him through the niside of his right thigh and rising straight up through the top of his skull.

Nice of you to reply. :p

This is a nice technique!

(Kōton: Jairu Hausu Rokku ) Steel Release: Jail House Rock
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After 3 handseals (Boar+Horse+Tiger), the user will use his chakra to forcefully make a large collection of metal rods to rise from the ground within range. The rods will form a prison around the target, connecting to each other beneath the ground. As soon as all the pillars have risen, which is very fast, their extremities spawn more pillars as well as their sides. As the pillars multiply, they connect to each other, forming an almost perfect prison cell, closed on all sides.

So, I like the name of this one. With this one it creates a prison cell, an almost perfect one of that. I want you to perform the three required seals, and then focus your steel chakra into the ground around my clone in a square shape. As soon as you have completed that, I want you to use shape manipulation on the chakra to create steel rods that rise from the earth and a square shape, and connecting to each other, then rise some pillars from the ground in the same shape; this pillars rise fast, in short the pillars all around my clone will connect and create a prison cell to trap your target in there, could be used with a fire technique, bake them or something along those lines.

One/three advantages:
1. The fact that it states how fast it is... "very fast"
2. The way in which it forms, the scattered pillar forming approach gives way to more creative usages
3. The fact it is closed on all sides, including underneath limits escape options and bans the simple use of hiding like a mole.

One/three disadvantages:
1. Would be nice if you could leave a small hole somewhere in order to insert techniques into
2. If your opponent finds a way out, there is a large chance you would not know, making you susceptible to counters
3. Limited follow-up options.
.
''
How you would use it in battle: Well, I'd make a prison around my opponent xD Maybe using it in combinations such as... Bringer of Darkness > Jailhouse Rock > Mountain Smash. Using the latter technique to crush the walls of the steel prison, squashing my opponent inside, obviously due too the darkness they;d have to use sound to work out the situation.

Alternatively, you could rise the pillars under the opponents feet, lifting him into the air and forcing him back. Then, the pillars shoots more pillars, aimed to connect with each other that crush my opponent from either side, holding him up in the air and leaving him vulnerable to a follow up.

How you would counter it: I'd counter either before the whole thing can form, so moving before the walls and ceiling begin to create themselves. Or, if already caught you could use Chidori Sharp spear to cut a small hole in the cell, just big enough for you to climb out of. This so that your opponent doesn't see your escape. Maybe cut the hole in the floor of the cell and drop down into the earth, coming up behind your opponent.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Firstly performing a sequence of three handseals, I forcefully launch many steel rods from beneath the earth, rising up all around your clone as well as making a floor under the ground beneath his feet (hidden just under the surface). Once risen a fair ten feet, the rods stop rising and turn inwards closing any sides that are yet uncovered, eventually locking your clone within a steel prison cell, not a ray of light enters it's confines... Even jus spending a short period of time in a place so silent and filled with such perfect darkness could be enough to make someone go mad...

Could you (as I mentioned earlier) leave a small gap in the cell? Or does the way it forms make that impossible?

Alright then, time to move on!

(Kōton: Uroku Hei ) Steel Release: Scaled Wall
Rank: B
Type: Deffense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After 1 handseal (Bird), the user is able to rise a large wall of plated black steel to protect from incoming attacks.

Now by performing the Bird seal, you will send your steel chakra into the ground in front of you and manipulate to come forth from the ground in the shape of a large black steel wall to protect you from incoming attacks. Seems rather useful if you're in trouble and have to use this, one hand seal is fast so good technique.

One/three advantages:
1. Nice, single handseal, no nonsense defence.
2. Its sheer size allows for the blocking of even large scale attacks

One/three disadvantages:
1. One dimensional
2. Its size would inevitably lead to loss of vision

How you would use it in battle: There's really only the obvious way. You see a technique coming toward you and need a last ditch, reliable defence. This is the technique for the job. And as long as you have a nice plan worked out, it would work pretty well as a distract and move set-up technique.

How you would counter it: Either with an omni-directional attack, or with a piercing lightning attack straight through the middle of the wall. Since it is so large and can only be created short range from the user, it'd be hard to avoid on the other side of the wall.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I begin by performing the free-flowing bird handseal and channeling an exceptional amount of steel chakra into the ground in front of me. Quickly a wall of black plated steel rises high from the earth, blocking out even the light of the sun as it intercepts your technique with ease, leaving me with the lovely sound of *insert element here* meeting cold, hard steel.

Good. Now the only actually canon technique.

(Kōton: Mukankaku no Yoroi) - Steel Release: Impervious Armour
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This Technique allows the user to turn part their body into black steel, making that part of their body invulnerable to most weapons and taijutsu attacks. But due to its metal properties it leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Can only render Taijutsu Techniques A rank and below useless.

Okay so I want you to send your steel chakra any where to a part of your body and then encase that said part in the black steel, using this can enhance your taijutsu, obviously; and if taijutsu A-rank and below are used against you, you can block it with the armour, you can also block most weapons with it also, but this technique will leave you very vulnerable to the lighting element.

One/three advantages:
1. Immunity to most levels of Taijutsu, can't complain
2. Quick and easy
3. Great for last ditch sitch.

One/three disadvantages:
1. Leaves you vulnerable to an element that is very difficult to block in the range you'd assume this technique was used in.
2. Increases your weight, loss of speed could be dangerous.

How you would use it in battle: Mainly as a defence, I'm not one for Taijutsu so for me this'd come in handy to use as a nice defence to an opponents who wants to close a gap. I'd use it alongside my razor wire custom for great effect, giving my perfect defense a built I
In offense. Two birds with one stone.

How you would counter it: A quick jolt of lightning would be the most obvious, although fire would be another decent element to use. Steel heats up greatly and quickly, a concentrated shot of flames could leave muscles severely burnt and limbs disabled.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Concentrating first in my left hand, I begin to channel steel chakra, making sure to build it solely in that one spot. I release it slowly onto my skin, hardening it and replacing it with a layer of black steel. From there I concentrate up my arm, slowly allowing the steel to spread, the spread merely to show I have a good control of the technique and that I can manipulate it not just in the easiest of places and in small amounts.

What's the limit to this? How much of the body would you say I can steelify in one go?

Also, sorry about the delay, I too a vacay. Can we trade customs once we're done?

In one go? One use of the technique? Only one body part. If you need to cover another body part, just reuse this technique./

No worries, we can sure. But just remember I haven't had a steel bio for a long time, so trading me steel customs won't do me any good. xD

Already offered them as free of charge. :|

Anywho A-ranks!

(Kōton: Mori Yuubu) Steel Release: Lance of Valor
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After 1 handseal (Rat), the user is able to create a great lance of black steel from one arm, which will envelop the arm up to the elbow and protrude out about a meter. The lance can then be increased to Mid-range to skewer targets from a distance or be used as a melee weapon. The lance lasts as long as the user wishes, having the ability to discard it whenever its needed.

I like the idea behind this technique, I want you to perform the Rat seal, and then gather your steel chakra in whatever arm you want, then from there create a lance of steel from that arm, this lance is about a meter long when first made, you are able to increase the range to mid range, so you can attack from there, the lance can also be used as a melee weapon if you chose, and you can stop using it when you ever you want. I like this technique, this is a nice technique.
