Nice of you to reply.
This is a nice technique!
(Kōton: Jairu Hausu Rokku ) Steel Release: Jail House Rock
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After 3 handseals (Boar+Horse+Tiger), the user will use his chakra to forcefully make a large collection of metal rods to rise from the ground within range. The rods will form a prison around the target, connecting to each other beneath the ground. As soon as all the pillars have risen, which is very fast, their extremities spawn more pillars as well as their sides. As the pillars multiply, they connect to each other, forming an almost perfect prison cell, closed on all sides.
So, I like the name of this one. With this one it creates a prison cell, an almost perfect one of that. I want you to perform the three required seals, and then focus your steel chakra into the ground around my clone in a square shape. As soon as you have completed that, I want you to use shape manipulation on the chakra to create steel rods that rise from the earth and a square shape, and connecting to each other, then rise some pillars from the ground in the same shape; this pillars rise fast, in short the pillars all around my clone will connect and create a prison cell to trap your target in there, could be used with a fire technique, bake them or something along those lines.
One/three advantages:
1. The fact that it states how fast it is... "very fast"
2. The way in which it forms, the scattered pillar forming approach gives way to more creative usages
3. The fact it is closed on all sides, including underneath limits escape options and bans the simple use of hiding like a mole.
One/three disadvantages:
1. Would be nice if you could leave a small hole somewhere in order to insert techniques into
2. If your opponent finds a way out, there is a large chance you would not know, making you susceptible to counters
3. Limited follow-up options.

How you would use it in battle: Well, I'd make a prison around my opponent xD Maybe using it in combinations such as... Bringer of Darkness > Jailhouse Rock > Mountain Smash. Using the latter technique to crush the walls of the steel prison, squashing my opponent inside, obviously due too the darkness they;d have to use sound to work out the situation.
Alternatively, you could rise the pillars under the opponents feet, lifting him into the air and forcing him back. Then, the pillars shoots more pillars, aimed to connect with each other that crush my opponent from either side, holding him up in the air and leaving him vulnerable to a follow up.
How you would counter it: I'd counter either before the whole thing can form, so moving before the walls and ceiling begin to create themselves. Or, if already caught you could use Chidori Sharp spear to cut a small hole in the cell, just big enough for you to climb out of. This so that your opponent doesn't see your escape. Maybe cut the hole in the floor of the cell and drop down into the earth, coming up behind your opponent.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Firstly performing a sequence of three handseals, I forcefully launch many steel rods from beneath the earth, rising up all around your clone as well as making a floor under the ground beneath his feet (hidden just under the surface). Once risen a fair ten feet, the rods stop rising and turn inwards closing any sides that are yet uncovered, eventually locking your clone within a steel prison cell, not a ray of light enters it's confines... Even jus spending a short period of time in a place so silent and filled with such perfect darkness could be enough to make someone go mad...
Could you (as I mentioned earlier) leave a small gap in the cell? Or does the way it forms make that impossible?
