i have some problems with steam. the problem is that when i try to open a game it dont open but the staem says that. so when i try to exit steam it cant because the game is still up and running. so i cant play any games on steam.

That actually happen to me a few times, have you try to shut down your computer and turn it back on and play the game. o.o

Ctrl+alt+del end the game and steams process, reopen steam. If that don't work reboot your PC.

I'll second this. When in doubt, kill the process via task manager and relaunch the program. If that doesn't work, reboot your PC. If both of these don't work, reinstall steam, or contact them. (they might tell you the same thing)
