* Slash * the monster falls on the girl , she looks at her left and his cold , undead , ugly head laid on the floor . she looked up , and saw a man with a sword . * tap * tap * the sound of 16 year old kenji shirahama pencil hitting against his desk , he looked over at the clock and sighed , " ugh , when will class end , its beautiful outside ," he glanced out the window and saw butterfly's prancing in the air , the sky was a vivd blue , children playing in the school yard . He sees his teacher walk over to the telephone , she covers her mouth in disgust and despair , he picks his head up , and thinks to himself , what is going on .
He looks outside and sees his schools security guards locking up the gates to the school yard and rushing the children into the building , they were too late , a horde of monsters come rushing in , unlike anything he has ever seen before , their skin ripped , their jaws hanging from their last hinge . By that time all the other student have seen this , they all go wild , kenji gets up and runs out the door to go find his best friends , shinji , scarlet , ban , mido , and tatsuya . He runs into the hall and sees , ' it " standing there with its cold gray eyes staring at him as if he was some animal to hunt . It starts running to him , kenji , without a single shed of fear in his eyes , breaks the window next to him , grabs a long shard of glass and in a swift movement , slices his neck , but he wasn't strong enough , the zombie tackles and moves his , black disgusting aging teeth closer to his neck extend his mouth to the fullest , kenji thinks to himself , dammit , i have to survive , if i ever want to see my family and friends again .
