Stating the Obvious - Tobirama is the Weakest Hokage!

This is similar to the notion that Minato never perfected the rasengan. It is pretty obvious to everyone that he could use it, it's basically him main battle style. But it was an incomplete technique that was supposed to have elemental chakra added to it. So he never perfected the jutsu. The same can be said about Edo tensei and Tobirama.

They mastered it up to the point of being competent and affect at the jutsu, yet they never truly perfected the jutsu. Possible because he didn't have time to work around the loop-hole madara just exploited.

Thats exactly what I've been telling this guy...he just keeps evading my question and throwing random thoughts of his at me w/o any evidence.

Well Tsunade is the Greatest Medical Ninja and she also has the highest Physical Strength out of all the characters in the series and shes a SENJU TOOO!!!! :flaw:

The Kin Gin bros were very stupid and very underwhelming as credible villains yet they gave Tobirama a regular beat down. They left him on the verge of death, and I don’t see that happening with any other Kage, including Tsunade.

He later died to a so-called elite hunting group consisting of 20 people, which is way less than what the third raikage accomplished – cut down thousands like a boss U_U. This is the most disappointing part because even Tsunade was surprised when she heard Asuma and Kakashi had trouble fighting multiple opponents.

Tsunade’s legacy could arguably match his since she is not only credited a war, but she’s part of the legendary sannin.Power scaling is a bit'h, I mean, everyone can replicate his water feats however, Tobirama will always win the best style award.

How do you think Hashirama died exactly? Also, Tobirama is credited a war along with surviving the early clan wars. Her legacy can't match Tobirama's either.

Tobirama created ftg level 1 minato created level 2 which surpassed number one only because he threw in a rasengan.

He created the Edo Tensei which is still being used today. He could sense people just from touching the ground. He sacrificed his life so that his team could escape which was Hiruzen. Had it not been for Tobirama then Hiruzen would not be alive to be called the professor. Tobirama also created the infrastructure of Konoha as well as the Konoha police force to help keep the Uchiha in check. He created ANBU, the chunin exams, as well as the academy. He was also a powerful genjutsu user. He was also known as the greatest water user of all time. If anyone is the weakest Hokage it would be Tsunade, but that's just my opinion;.

Heh! we do forget tobirama is the one who gave his life so hiruzen can escape with the others in his team...if tobirama hadnt done that....who knows who would be the 3rd hokage...and on the main focus...the fact that tobirama gave his life to bestow the tittle upon hiruzen just says to ME at least...maybe each and every hokage LOOKS stronger/weaker than the other comparison...but to me...even with power scaling...they all kinda have techs that could beat the other hokage or at LEAST so it would be a draw.

for instance: tsunade does have the miotic regen seal...if she uses it...i doubt she would lose against any foe easily...look at how she can take damage against madara....tobirama has immense power for a kage...i dont think im gonna under rate ANY kage after this thread...each hokage against one another has the potential to win or lose against basically all of them...its just hashirama in particular we might all have a hard time swallowing him losing to the rest of the hokages..but personally i think any of them even danzo has a shot at beating the others and vice versa
