How can Ulo kill Starrk? Starrk is faster and will easily avoid Lazna wherelse Ulo doesnt have the speed to evade Cero Matrelleta and Wolves....Hollows used to die by just being near Starrk!

even without avoiding it ,he can easily shoot the cero which will make it explode before it hits stark

Ulu showed more feats than stark despite him being number 4. Plus the zeros stark showed weren't that strong he shooted shisui from pointblack range and did not damaged him heavely

He defeated 2 vizards with his wolf which is sppouse to be as strong as his cero son

Not just that Starrk was ranked higher, but Ulq himself said that there are three espadas above him in power. Starrk out of all Espadas were most rounded fighter. Starrk was at least for me more impressive.
1. He forced (would force) Kyoraku in bankai, in fair 1 vs 1 fight.
2. Was able to fight equally with both Shikai Kyoraku and Shikai Ukitake with not using his full power.
3. Easily overpowered two captain level fighters in shikai (+mask).
4. Kyoraku needed to stabb him from behind in order to get advantage and win in the end, and even than Starrk hadn't will to fight.
On the other hand Ulq's power are hard to judge, because he was trashed by Hichigo, who is at least on Senior bankai level, and his powers are also hard to judge.
By feats and stataments, I'm definitely going with Starrk, mid to high diff, I'm leaning toward mid diff.

Lol, I re-readed manga multiple times and I never actually realized how big these explosions were.

Yes,it's one of the few reasons why people underrate stark ,i guess the anime made it look small.

Starrk killed Hollows by doing nothing,blitzed Kenpachi and Ichigo,almost forced Shunsui to use Bankai and he easily defeated 2 Vizards.

Hehe, I said I re-read the manga multiple times.
I probably didn't pay much attention, tho, I'm not sure how, I readed that fight 3 times at least.

How I see that:
- Starrk wasn't trashed, while it was disappointed that he couldn't force anyone in bankai, he was fighting two seniors and two Vizards. Vizards were at least low captain level fighters 100 years ago, so they had 100 years to get stronger in their shinigami forms and they got mask as their power boost. So Starrk fough with 4 very strong opponents.
- Barragan also wasn't trashed, Sui Feng and Oomeada together couldn't defeat him and even Hachigen strugled with him. His problem was that he was so arrogant, Hachigen used that and won. Barragan was defeated by his own powers in the end.
- Tier was disappointed, tho there is a thing that Kubo once said that he switched her and Zommari in the last minute. Zommari was supposed to be third and Tier sevent. It would make sense more, because Toshiro was able to fight equal with Luppi (6th) and than his powers jumped to the level that he was actually able to beat her. It would make more sense if Toshiro fought 7th and won, because he strugled with 6th in previous arc.
