Small Fire Stream
, fourth favorite attack because it is a short distance attack and it also isn't a powerful offensive attack, second to last only because my least favorite is an defensive technique, advantages is that it requires no seals so it can be used in combat with quick succession and counter a blitz attack, the heat of the technique can render your opponent unable to combat you forcing them to momentarily retreat and relocate giving you the advantage of pursuing them in their weakened condition, or giving you an opening while they are dazed momentarily. Disadvantages is that it is a small short flame so it must be fired whistle the opponent is in front of you, it isn't a long distance technique so you must be within range and that requires a good setup, like a technique used to distract opponents such as other elemental techniques or shadow clones.

Great Fireball technique
, my favorite technique is the Great Fireball technique, I see myself using this technique more times than the others cause of the advantages stated below, its advantages is that it is a technique that is powerful enough to incinerate the enemy, definitely a useful jutsu for finishing blows, distractions, lighting forest fires etc. It has two variations so it can be used in various ways to benefit the user, short range or mid range. Disadvantages is that it requires the use of hand seals and can be countered by a skilled opponent when either performing the technique or after the technique is released, weak against the water style.

Wall of Flames
, my least favorite attack because it is defensive and its main purpose in my opinion is distractions and to flee mostly, it isn't a projectile and isn't the best of the lot . Advantages is that it can be used defensively to incinerate oncoming projectile attacks and provide a distraction to flee if not in a condition to fight or are surrounded by enemy ninja and are forced to retreat using the wall of flames as cover, it can be used in conjunction with another technique to fire through the wall as a surprise attack and can be used with a wind technique as a combo jutsu. Disadvantages are that you need a ligher, time to grab the lighter in the midst of battle when every bit of time is valuable can be difficult. Disadvantages, it is weak against water and you lose a lighter..

Running Fire
, second favorite technique because it can be used in conjunction with a wind technique and make it more powerful, advantages is that its form can be manipulated and take various different forms that give an advantage to the user and can use whichever variant he/she deems appropriate in battle. It can be used in conjunction with wind techniques to enhance the attack and make it stronger into a B rank technique, a massive inferno of flames directed at your opponent can be used to attack, counter or distract your opponent. Disadvantages, water style techniques can overpower the technique, the combo with wind style requires more time and the opponent can strike.

Dragon Fire Technique
, third favorite technique because not only does it capture a target in wire but it also deals a devastating direct fire attack to the opponent, advantages is that it can capture an opponent and release a large fire technique in the form of a dragon, a direct attack from this will surely do considerable damage to your opponent. Disadvantages are that it requires hand seals in which the opponent can counter, it requires prep time to prepare a thread or line to connect to the opponent and fire upon them, it also leaves your vulnerable to attack from another enemy whistle you are focusing on the wires/lines and technique.

All the techniques above can be used as finishing blows, distractions, counters and means of escape. Incinerating the enemy is its biggest pro and its con is that it is vulnerable to the water style. Most of these techniques are meant for combat but can also be used for things outdoors on missions.

Fire Dragon Bullet is my favorite technique out of the five techniques, advantages is that it only requires the tiger hand seal and can be used in conjunction with an earth technique to boost the attack power of the jutsu delivering a power deadly attack, its disadvantages are water and techniques and the fact that it isn't a long distance technique means it requires a the user to be within a certain range.

Phoenix Sage Fire Technique is my second favorite technique out of the five techniques, advantages are that it allows the user to fire many fireballs controlled by chakra so they can be sent with a fury and all in different directions, shuriken can also be thrown in to make for a more useful attack. Disadvantages are the water style, and the control of of the fireballs individually with chakra turning your attention away from your opponent momentarily.

Falling Fire Scatter is my third favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that it can be used not only offensively firing attacks and reigning them down on the enemy whistle they are not suspecting it if used in a discrete manor, but it can also be a temporary signal as well for comrades around the area. Disadvantages are that it is weak against water style, it can attract more enemies instead of allies and it can be avoided if the opponent is aware of the jutsu since the time between the aerial assualt and the landing can give your opponent more than enough time to dodge, making it more of a jutsu used for creating openings distracting or setting traps.

Flame of Disaster Fire Shrine Technique, this is my fourth favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that is surrounds your opponent enclosing them in flames that can burn the target, the flames converging makes for a good trap and bash technique, disadvantages are water style and wind style that may disperse or blow away the fire in your direction redirecting the attack.

Fire Whisp, my least favorite attack.. Had it been long ranged and a large ball of bright fire it would be higher up and not at the bottom, its advantages are its wide attack range that can be shot from the mouth and burn the target from afar, disadvantages are the water style and the long distance may not be as advantageous because attacking from afar would give the enemy time to evade or counter.

Stark and a mysterious cloaked man engage in combat, as the man runs towards him Stark immediately takes the offensive, Hmph Stark proceeds to weave hand seals and fires a barrage of fireballs at the man, the many dances around the fireballs and leaps in the air, Stark then follows through in air and fires aerial fireballs at the man who in mid air looks up and attempts to dodge in the air, but Stark quickly connects a long distance fire whisp attack on him. The aerial fireballs hit him as he falls to the ground from both attacks and lies beneath the heel of Stark. Just who were you? Stark wonders to himself as the flames burn the mans clothing.

He dodged by jumping in the air.
You then jumped higher (Which is not the case all the time in a rp fight, but okay) and shot another fire attack
As he tried to evade the technique again...
you tried to reconnect using a last attack to cover him frontal?

Almost, I fired the fireballs at him and he dodged as expected and he went for a aerial attack and I went into the air and performed that technique to reign fireballs down at him, he noticed and looked up in attempts to dodge and I whisped him as his attention was above, after he was struck by my whisp attack he was also hit by my aerial attack of fire scatter.

Firstly, you can not dodge attacks free-form its that simple.
Second, if he tried to perform a technique after already evading (which was wrong but will go with it for the moment) then he will release his tech before you. Time frame is a pattern, one after the other type. When you attack, its his turn, and so on and so fourth. There are small instances when that is not the case, but for a regular fight, it is usually the case.

I understand what you mean, it's basically an exchange of attacks, I was unaware if I was able to make it so that he could fire ninjutsu to counter and fight against me so the fault is completely mine, my bad. ^.^

You will proceed to throw the shurikens towards this dummy next to me, while airborne release the fire chakra from the shurikens though a mental command thus igniting them. They will peirce and burn the dummy as well as a future opponent.

Manipulate the chakra to fire by think heat, I like to think about the sun when manipulating the nature into fire chakra. With your chakra turned to fire, I want you to get ready, inhale deeply and perform the required hand seals. After you perform the hand seals exhale releasing the katon chakra, while releasing the fire chakra I want you to remain concentrated and begin to thin out the fire to the point where gas is released. Now take out a match and light it open, throw it towards the gas which will cause the gas to ignite to create a large fireball which will burn the dummy.

A core basic fire jutsu, no hand seals and done very quick the user will gather katon chakra and send towards the opponent a small short flame towards them. I know it says that it can make a person collapse due to the sheer heat but don't exploit that its not that hot being a low ranked jutsu. You will have to continue to release the fire because it is a streaming technique and will need to remain focused while sending the technique. I recommend using it for close range battle to send a quick stream of flames to push an opponent distracting them and then try to attack with kunai attacks or close range jutsus. For countering it is quite simple actually, that includes getting out of range or disrupt the opponent sending the stream.

The famous jutsu of the Uchia, you will gather the katon chakra and send out from your mouth a ball of fire now its name is large but lets dive into it. Though its sheer size is very impressive and can benefit you can also harm your vision. Another thing is it requires 6 hand seals the destructive power of the jutsu is impressive though and can even kill an opponent, depending on which version you use. Now their are two releases. You can either send it as a stream of fire which spans a wide range but most consitently send it towards the opponent, or a fireball which is projectile but can only aim straightforward. Also lastly the size of the fireball can be small or large, a small one is less deadly, its faster though and can travel farther, while the large version is much powerful but is slow and only travels short range. The stream fire travels up to mid range.

A simple fire defensive jutsu where the opponent will throw out a open flamed lighter, their will be katon chakra in the lighter by you channeling through it, then while airborne on your command the lighter erupts to a short wall which is of normal size. Mainly used for defenses great to burn projectile attacks, only thing is you can not see through the wall of flames while they intercept a attack. When it intercepts a attack depending on its strength it will either disperse or withstand one more attack depends on the attacks sent. This jutsu can be used with Hurrican fist (Wind juts) which can create a combo jutsu. other then that their is not much more you can do with this in offense. Its great to use against mainly wind jutsus as well.

A brilliant jutsu. With one hand seal the user will send a stream of chakra either through their mouths or by stomping on the ground. They can be shaped in two ways either a circle shaped running through the air, or stream through the ground and when it gets in range trap the opponent in a inferno if flames which will restrict their movement which then you can send an attack. This jutsu has a great mobility to it because you can manipulate it freely. You can trap an opponent on ground making it hard to move around great to stop quick opponents. Its also a stream based technique.

Okay this is a rather simple technique nothing to much about it, you will get a cord and send it towards the opponent, then using 4 hand seals you breathe through the cord and send a stream of fire through towards it burning the opponents upper body when caught. Being a stream technique you will have to release it constantly a great thing for the technique is you can use many opponents as a conductor to attack multiple targets. Though its a very straightforward technique. It in all honesty is useless since their are other jutsus quicker to perform without a cord. You can easily but the cord when it wraps around or gets to you.

This is again quite simple nothing much to it really, it is mainly use to supplement earth dragon bullet which will ignite it into a hot rock material. It can still be used by itself to send a basic fire bullet projectile which can distract the opponent or supplement basic combo attacks. Ways to counter can be with a simple wall or any water jutsu is easy enough.

Okay with 6 hand seals you will gather your chakra and send large amount of fire chakra towards the opponent which you will then split apart to send a volley of small fireballs towards the opponent, they are sent in a very unpredictable manner making evasion difficult which you can use against the opponent as it is sent which is great to aid in combos.. The flames can also be controlled by the user making evasion even tougher but you will need to control them while doing so, it can leave you open. You can send shurikens towards the fireballs. Even with the shurikens they are sent unpredictably and can be controlled. This is much more faster if you have speciality with fire to perform quicker.

Okay for this technique without hand seals and with speed you will release a stream of fire towards the opponent, the fire acts in a way where it tries to wrap around the opponent burning them. Now its very quick to execute. I would also say its very flexible and covers some size. One draw back is its straightforward which makes it simple to send an attack to overpower it.

Each fireball are quite weak of rank but they can burn on contact causing pain. Now you can aim anywhere while mid-air. I would also say its great to use because while mid-air you are handicapped unable to move physically so with this you have a attack to harm an opponent. Thing is you must be mid-air to perform the technique.

This is a very basic technique and fast to perform having no hand seals and being a projectile attack which makes it a combo jutsu to send multiple attacks over and over. The ball goes straightforward towards the opponent and burn right on impact. Also its one of the few fire attacks that can travel long range. Though it says its bright Its not so bright to hurt an opponents vision so don't try to exploit that.

Great Blaze Ball, my favorite technique of the five techniques. Advantages is its ability to carry the opponent away and make a large devastating explosion when making contact with an opponent or object, it is two quick hand seals and is a solid. Disadvantages are water style ninjutsu of equal or higher rank and quick evasion and oncoming blitz attacks since it's not as fast as lets say the Dragon Flame Bullet.

Fire Dragon Flame Bullet, my second favorite of the five techniques. Advantages are it's incredible speed and extreme heat that melts the ground and would incinerate whatever it comes into contact with, flesh, matters not. Disadvantages is that it is exhaled thin and its weaknesses are water techniques of the same or higher caliber, also there are a couple hand signs so if you're not quick with your hand seals you are prone to attacks.

Great Flame Shower, my third favorite technique of the five techniques that reigns 3 giant bullets of fire from an aerial attack and they fall down like meteors that erupt into a large burst of flames upon impact, disadvantages are evasive actions taken by the opponent while the attack is aerial, but only against a strong opponent with above average speeds and good maneuverability and water style techniques equal to or stronger than the technique.

Exploding Flame Shots, my fourth favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that it is a quick rapid fire barrage of techniques that cause a fiery explosion upon direct contact with the enemy, disadvantages are limited because of the speed of the attack so I'd say water style of equal or lesser power to this jutsu and earth style tank that does not require seals to defend against such a fast attack.

Soaring Flame Bullet, not my least favorite but just the last technique of the five techniques, it is basically a stronger version of a C-Rank technique that doesn't reach as far, it does more damage but isn't a good long distance technique. Disadvantages are water style of equal or lesser power and the need to get within close range of your opponent to fire the attack.

Great Dragon Fire Technique, my favorite of the five techniques, advantages are that it is a barrage of multiple dragon shaped fireballs at the opponent with the use of only one handseal, it is a long ranged technique and it can also alter weather conditions for the use of a powerful lightning based technique. Disadvantages are that it is weak to the water style equal to or greater of rank, and can be countered by an opponent who specializes in S/T or Body Flicker.

Demon Lantern, my second favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that it requires one hand seal to perform and the user fires small flames taking the form of ghost heads and swarm the opponent with rapid succession, the technique is long ranged and a consistent barrage of fireballs make for a decent blow when connected with the target. Disadvantages are water style techniques equal to are greater than this technique and S/T or Body Flicker users that can avoid techniques with rapid succession.

Flame Pillar Technique, my third favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that it releases a large amount of flames that errupts into pillars severely damaging the opponent almost ensuring a direct hit on the target, 3 meters of tall and burning flames. Disadvantages are that it can be countered by a large water style technique that can extinguish the pillars of fire rendering the technique useless.

Phoenix Sage Flow Nail Crimson, my fourth favorite technique of the five techniques, advantages are that it is a superheated projectile attack towards your opponent, shuriken bursting in flames directed at your opponent and continue to burn even after contact is made which makes for a deadly blow, it is a higher level jutsu of the Phoenix Flower jutsu. Disadvantages are that it can be countered by a water style technique in different variants, a gash of high powered water can deflect and extinguish the shuriken, also high speed counters.

Ash Pile Burning, my least favorite out of the five but not necessarily, advantages are that it is a powerful ash technique that ignites a large explosion and can leave third degree burns, it can prove useful as a off guard attack from a foreign villager unfamiliar with the fire style techniques, the ash can be a distraction and the ash igniting can be a surprise for the opponent and can be severely burned for underestimating the attack. Disadvantages are wind style techniques that can blow away the ash before it is ignited and water style techniques as well.

Flame Whirlwind technique, my favorite of the five techniques, advantages are that it is a massive spiraling eruption of upward flames engulfing the target tossing them like a rag doll as well as incinerated them. It's mostly used offensively, disadvantages are that it requires four hand seals so if not done with rapid succession it can give your opponent the upper hand. Weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques.

Flame Wall, my second favorite of the five techniques, I like this technique because it requires no hand seals and you mold the chakra in your forearm and swing at the target for a quick defensive wall of flames, advantages are that it's a good defensive and good technique for distractions and another consistent set of follow up attacks, disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques.

Fireball Dance, my third favorite technique of the five techniques, I like this technique because I can use it in conjunction with my sword to deal a devastating combo, direct confrontation attack with an aerial assault follow up is a unique and convenient technique. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques.

Crimson Earth Spider, my fourth favorite technique of the five techniques, I like it because it is an independent attacker that could stall and by time in order for me to do what I need to do, whether it be prepare another follow up attack and attack from multiple sides or anything befitting of the situation. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques. It can be countered by a summon of equal or greater strength as well which would be highly unlikely since it it's such a hindrance the the opponent.

Fire Breath, my fifth favorite technique of the five techniques, it is a simple stream of fire directed at the target, not much to say or elaborate on since this has so many weaker versions and I'm sure there are stronger versions to come, it's a basic flame technique used offensively, bland technique hence it's spot as last. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques.

Graceful Flame, this technique fires intense flames that spread through the floor targeting the feet of the opponent making them leap in the air at the intense flames engulfing the floor and rising above ground, this technique is good for distractions and follow up techniques. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques.

Stark molds the chakra in his stomach and weaves two hand seals, firing a huge sphere of fire towards his opponent, as his opponent jumps into the air and dodges Stark spews dragon shaped fire balls into the air at him and as he is attempts to weave signs and weave movements in the air dodging and finally reaching the ground, Stark spews flames from his mouth covering the floor in flames reaching his opponents feet and a pillar of 3 meter tall flames engulf him and scorch him alive from below.

Intelligent Hard Work, my favorite out of the three techniques, the small fireball leads the opponent to believe the attack is weak and then changes into a violent explosion of flames that creates large scale destruction to the area, this technique can be amplified by wind which would make it more destructive and if it evaporates water alone then when amplified by wind this technique could defeat it's elemental superior, this technique requires hand seals. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques and this technique also requires hand seals to perform.

Exploding Flame Crater, my second favorite technique out of the three techniques, the user destroys the ground with powerful flames that erupts beneath the opponent engulfing them in powerful flames mixed with melted debris from the destroyed ground incinerating them, this technique reguires no hand seals. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques and this technique requires a good area to pull off successfully.

Firing Biscuit, this is my least favorite of the three techniques because it requires the use of another jutsu since they are used in conjunction against the opponent, it basically creates powerful flames within a barrier that is inescapable insuring an absolute direct attack. This technique requires hand seals, other techniques to use in conjunction, and good location. Disadvantages/weaknesses include water style equal to or above the technique and speed blitz, body flicker and/or S/T techniques and also large summons.
