Heres how this jutsu first starts out as.This is the most basic form the user has once this training is done.
Rules/Training
- You must post in this thread 10 times to start.
- These post must be a battle between you and another member(Makes is easier for you both to get this training)
- You must have 400 post in total(check your side info to see your posts)
- Make sure not to post over 15 or you`ll suffer from the radiation.(in the anime over training lead to radiation posion)
- You must meet all the above requirements before your training can be completed.
This trainig must be done in order to use this jutsu.Its a secret jutsu that only the star village knows about.I juts so happen to know there kage and he agreed to let me train others with there jutsu.Once this training is done you`ll have a host of new jutsu they are.

Lets the feathers of chakra extend and gives them the ability to cut.

Turns the chakra feathers into a beast(tiger) to attck the enemy.

Turns the chakra feathers into wings and grants the user the ability to fly over a medium distance.

Chakra no Nawa - Chakra Rope
Lets the user turn the chakra feathers into ropes that can bind there target.

Chakra no Hoshoku - Chakra Predation
Lets the user take there comrades chakra feathers energy to boost there power.
