Wow, how did I never heard about this game before? It looks amazing. I'd say even too good to be true, to be honest.

Most games that have great graphics like this end up being suuuper empty walking-simulators or have a very shallow combat system like "The Forest". Next thing is, it's a multiplayer game, right? If so, then the idea is awesome, immersive and all when you have friends who play it with you seriously and don't screw around all the time.. but if you have to rely on random people, it will suck because you'll always get those people who destroy the immersion in order to do "funny things".

But the most important question in my opinion is.. will there be beautiful planets with water and alien life on it? If so, will it be as awesome as James Cameron's Avatar or Mass Effect Andromeda? And yes, I know that this is a lot to ask for.

Or will it become like the boring ressource-collecting game with simple, randomly generated creatures, "No Man's Sky", instead?

Nope each planet will be unique, there will be 100 star systems, each with 5 different planets filled with all kinds of life. Each star system will have a unique look to it, whether its double suns, a blue sun, etc, just flying around will fill your head with wonder. There is no resource collecting, nor is their leveling up. The path you choose is all up to you based on "professions". There are literally dozens of professions from bounty hunter, pirate, Police, smuggler, thief, assassin, drug lord, CEO, miner, etc. The list goes on and on. It's really the most ambitious game in development, and at the rate they're going, seems like they might meet the expectations of the fans.

Sounds good. But 100 star systems with 5 planets each? That's too much to design them with detail and unique stuff. One star system would be enough for me, if the planets are unique and awesome. Double suns, blue giants etc. would really cool tho.

Yea but they're using procedural generated planets, and then filling out the details personally. Although I agree just 1 star system would be enough to last for well over a year of fun. Do hope to see you in the game when it releases.

I see. Thank you for clarification.
I'll definitely observe the game in the future, but I need to see some flora and fauna before I consider to buy this game.
