Temari at 30m wont be able to do anything substantial before neji starts moving via shunshin. Using ice's calculations i can deduce that it took less than 1.4 seconds for a half dead and chakra drained SRA Neji to cross a distance of over 50m since kidomaru was hiding some distance outside neji's visual detection limit which is 50m.

Neji's speed = distance covered by Neji/time interval it took him

This means that a healthy SRA Neji with full chakra would blitz that 30m in less time than it takes temari to bite her finger , and fully complete the summoning process

Neji would know that his best bet would be to flank temari , she would anticipate this action seeing that she thinks ahead , but in the forest where neji can literally be at one with the location in which temari cannot see clearly is too much of a disadvantage at 30m and unlike tayuya neji wont just be standing by waiting for temari to unleash her strongest attack in his direction.

SRA Neji easily evadeS all her weaker jutsus with byakugan and shunshin since even shikamru pulled off evasion even at
point-blank range , covering a great distance , If that was CE Neji in a forest temari would be dead here.

Shikmaru used shunshin to easily evade her attacks at 15m also all while counter-attacking using the cover of temari's own attack and shika had no trees in front of his to use as cover /defense either.

Scaling up there is no way temari is reacting to neji's blitz when he has byakugan to see temari clearly in the forest and to also see the slightest chakra build-up along with attack/danger sensing. Then u add the fact that he can vitalize his feet with chakra to increase speed while usin byakugan's insight to maneuver around the trees like a true ninja.

Temari is getting blitzed and it doesn't have to be a linear blitz , if she channels chakra in preparation for a swing , neji see's this and proceeds to shunshin around her attack
using the location as a defense and cover to blinside/blitz her.
