So I would love to know how Neji successfully counters Dynamic Marking, when A) He has no intel on it, B) Byakugan will not pick up on it before it's discharged, due to urinating not being chakra related, and C) I being so obviously unpredictable, that it will confuse the enemy, per databook.

A) Intel or not, I highly doubt Neji would want to get "hit" from any attack.
B) He may not pick up what Akamaru is doing but, if piss is being spray, why not "block" an in coming attack he can't react to?

I'm not entertaining that guy anymore. Kiba doesn't win in any scenario. Neji was shown to not want to get hit by any attack. How that guy claims he gets hit by piss is beyond me.

You can react to something ie- start moving out of the way, start running away, etc. but still being hit by the attack.

Sakon's performance could have been better had he had access to soldier pills as well. Or if he was well rested/ wasn't low on stamina/chakra.

That's not the point.

Soldier pills are a tool that Kiba has actually used in combat whereas Sakon does not normally carry Soldier Pills nor has he ever used it in combat.

I highly doubt Sakon could anyways as using CS2 already forcibly releases too much of his chakra. Using Soldier Pills would only make it worse.

Edit: Kiba only ate 1 Soldier Pill and that was only meant to restore his chakra. Had he been at full chakra and then yes, he would be releasing far more chakra than he'd be capable of.

With manga knowledge, Neji has no idea about Akamaru having to mark the opponent with urine, and what purpose it holds. .

doesn't need to , with the already available intel on kiba and basic understanding of his abilities he wont need to , the moment he sees the piss he blocks it with chakra then blows it away.

It being a requirement that Kiba needs to first restrain the target in order to execute Dynamic Marking was never specifically stated by Kiba in the manga or in the databook. What was shown in the manga was Sakon/Ukon conveniently charging at Kiba, and initiating the contact themselves. Not Kiba himself going out of his way to restrain them as some sort of requirement to land Dynamic Marking. Neji being a CQC fighter, and showing no skill with Air Palm yet, has no choice but to allow Kiba and Akamaru engage him in close quarters; as he canonically did in his fight with Naruto and Hinata. .

But was obviously shown that it was the best course of action , sakon conveniently charging at kiba when kiba himself knew they wanted to kill him somwhow helps ur point? , neji allows kiba and akamru to engage him in close quarters then he kills them or kills one of the other.

Any and all drops are stopped by chakra which will cause the piss to drain off , chakra which can be continusly expelled and expanded without kaiten as was shown in canon , this is a joke kiba gets negged diffed.

Curse Mark basically replaces your chakra with Senjutsu chakra. If soldier pills add more chakra, how would that make it worse?
